The Bethesda group home closures forced us to find a new home for my developmentally disabled sister. After an awful experience at a group home in the Appleton area, we found Clearview. The care Brittany received was exceptional. She arrived with some serious health concerns that the Clearview staff addressed and got squared away. Brittany thrived there thanks to the angels that work there. My parents would have been thrilled with Clearview. While Brittany died unexpectedly but very peacefully in her sleep, I know that her time there was a blessing. I will be forever grateful to her caregivers there.

I had always heard Clearview was amazing. I disagree. My mom was there for 3 days before we had her moved. There was no communication between the staff. I had questions and 3 out of 4 employees said, "I don't know". Only 1 said ,"I will get you answers." They did not comb her hair out brush her teeth. Before choosing this place, check out Hope in Lomira first.

Clearview has changed my mother-in-laws life from day one! There staff is kind and helpful and they set goals And benchmarks for her. They are easy to talk to and she gets a lot of one on one care! We have been through it all and clearview is the best in the Midwest ❤️

My grandlmother and family simply loved the facility. Our grandma felt right at home. The staff were nothing but wonderful and treated her with the most respect.

My mom was at clearview for a year after a tbi and stroke. She was treated so well and so were we! Nothing bad to say about it, lovely staff and facility. Highly recommend!!

It is near impossible to speak with a nurse. Every time I call I'm getting transferred to someone's voicemail, but when I leave a voicemail I never get a call back. And each time I call the receptionist and ask to speak with the nurse, not voice mail she gets snippy. I would never put a family member in this facility based on what I've seen so far.

Amazing PT, OT, & speech therapy totally offset by poor nursing care. Aids don't follow OT's written plan of care, do not do routine nursing care unless family member is there, and many are extremely rough with the patients.
