I had a legitimate prescription to fill. The medication is considered a controlled substance and I've been prescribed and taking as directed for over 25 years without any issues from a pharmacy - Until today.

I handed my prescription to an older heavy-set woman behind the counter who then asked me if I regularly take other prescriptions similar to it. I told her no.

She then loudly announced to entire store that my prescription was a possible risk to their business DEA number. She then continued to argue with me on whether or not my prescription should be filled and how people like me put pharmacies at risk!

Her behavior was disgustingly unprofessional - Treating me as some skeezy addict or abuser.

I asked for my written prescription back, she gave it back, and I walked out feeling very embarrassed and angry.

I will tell everyone I know in Clarksville how I was treated by her and to never give this place any business!

These women at this pharmacy have absolutely no customer service .Was not greeted and looked down on, not sure why .. Maybe because i am hispanic. Not very knowledgeable when it comes to looking up insurance coverage. provided my policy number and SS # and when I asked for the paper where I wrote my SS number they refused to give it back. I have an extreme ear ache and was not able to get my prescription. This was my first visit highly disappointed no professionalism and they lack empathy . I assure you I will not be returning .

The owner is rude when addressing issues and blames staff. The staff is horrible. Cherish believes she can give medical/medication advice by telling patients they don't need medication given by the Dr (narcan due to the medication I am on). They continued to mess up prescriptions then refuse to fix them.

Not the place to do business with if you are on disability insurance or the passe. They messed up sons perscriptions horribly. Then would not fix the issue bc it would cost them money out of pocket to fix or I would have to pay full price. Clearly they do not care about providing quality customer service. Website and app haven't worked to refill prescriptions in 6+ months. I fill my other child meds there and no issues.

I love this store. The people are so friendly, and they always greet with a smile. After only a couple of visits, they knew my name. I like to wait for my prescriptions, so I can wander the aisles. They have great inexpensive jewelry, lots of Razerback items, purses, shoes, candles, and mugs. I know I'm missing some of their items, but you get the idea. They offer free delivery if you cannot wait and need to go. Even if I don't have a prescription, I go in just to shop.

Since moving here 2 yes ago, from the first script this pharmacy has been nothing but kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Always quick service with a smile. Love the mini gift shop area with all the cute items on display. They also offer drive thru and delivery! I will never go back to the big box store's for my prescription meds again. Support small businesses you won't regret it!!!!
