It took two months to approve and send out my daughters birth certificate, and only after I called to ask when it was coming. It arrived with my middle name being incorrect, not even misspelled, it was a completely different name. How did that happen.

Needed to get new copies of my Childs updated birth certificate. "My last name was spelled incorrectly." From start to finish the staff was friendly and diligent. I walked in and walked out in less than 20min tops. I was expecting to be there for at least 2hrs, Thank you Vital Records staff I appreciated your help!
