My brother was a patient for a few months. The love and compassion he ws shown was amazing.He passed on September 6. I cannot thank the family he had there enough. They treated him like their own family. I love all of you.

My grandmother had to recover here after her surgery. The staff was very kind and just wonderful. Holly is a super social worker and very helpful with the knowledge she has. The physical therapist treated my grandmother so gentle and encouraged her through the rehab work. Even though she had her own food issues they did work with her on her likes and dislikes. The nurses are always around and can be gotten so easily for help if you need them. The room was cleaned daily and there was never ever anything dirty around that we seen. When I had to take her to a follow up appointment I did not even have to ask for help from the nurse. She seen me heading out and just helped me get her all the way out to the car. That nurse was always happy and gram would smile when she seen her. Which is something that tells you they treated her good while she was there. Thank you everyone! All of you all were wonderful.

All I can honestly say is do your research, know what flags have been raised by the state and the governing board.
If I could post the picture of what a open site looked like the day we got our family member out of there I would. You would be shocked.
Most of the staff is friendly. But upper management tells you what they think you want to hear and does not follow through.
Just know the place you are leaving your loved one.

Church hill nursing home has been soo great with working to help me and my sick daughter. They've been there every time I needed them and they always will be . Their All great people to be with. They took great care of my daughter. I really appreciate all they have done for us... thank you all at the facility...

The staff is extremely amazing! They are in need of many improvements at their facility, but that’s just cosmetic and luxury items. When it comes to providing actual care and understanding, they are the BEST in this entire region. From physical therapy, CNAs, nurses, dietary, housekeeping, administration, etc. they are so hard-working and under-appreciated. They deserve higher wages and bonuses galore! I wish we could all do nice things for them to show how much we appreciate them. For now, we’ll just give our thanks and hope it’s heard. They are as important as members of our military and armed services. Thank you ALL!

If you care anything at all about a loved one, DO NOT have them here! My mom was here for almost two weeks and the things I witnessed was horrible from the care to the filth! I would ask the nurse/RN questions about my mothers last medication was given or when she was turned from one side to the other and her answer would be……I don’t know? This place does not have good patient care! I’m so relieved my mother will not ever be back to this facility and really doesn’t deserve a 1 ⭐️ but you have to pick a star to give a review!

Amazing place. They keep it smelling so nice and you are always treated like you're family. The current Administrator has made some wonderful changes this past year, and can't wait to see how she grows this facility in the future.

Update to this post. I was notified by the Administrator of the facility. She was very understanding and offered sincere apologies. Our conversation was very good. So good that I'm changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars...

The experience not bad until, the male nurse on duty accused me of cursing 2 of his female nurses. Did not happen! He then told my niece that I cursed 3 of them. My father is living the last days of his life. I do not curse at people randomly or at all. He stated to me that we needed to understand each other. The other head nurses were great, nice and caring. I feel like he made the whole thing up. My dad yells out and keeps us and them busy.Still, no excuse.
