Mr. donelle took care of my mother in-law and was so helpful and made her and our family fill welcome and I just want to give a big shout out to him thank you so much !

They have a few nice staff members but for the most part most of those people are horrible that work there and act like they hate their job and you if you ask them anything. I definitely do not recommend going to this place if you are needing rehabilitation.

I usually don’t do reviews other than on Ebay when I buy something . Lol. But I have to say I was highly impressed with the staff and the therapists. They were pleasant and highly trained. They pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself and showed me the correct exercises and stretching to do there and at home. I worked mostly with Hunter Lovell and Todd Jennings. I am not sure what they are getting paid but they deserve a raise. I recommend them to anyone .

My stay there was bad and the staff always had a bad problem with forgetting to turn back on life threatening machine except for one man and one lady. And I was supposed to sign all my mother's paper work cause I am the oldest child cause she did not have a power of attorney and they didn't look into it and let my brother understand me sign . But I will have my lawyer look into all that

Moved dad to Encompass after 3 days at St. Michael rehab.

I honestly can’t post enough praise. Every single person I encountered was spectacular, therapy was non-aggressive but effective and by the time I was released, it felt like I was leaving family. Highest recommendation.

They took real good care of my mom after she had her stroke. Thank You
