They are an excellent clinic. I feel very welcomed. My children are well taken care of by the nursing staff, physicians and APRNs.

I moved from West Chester to Kennett and wanted to change my care to Kennett. I was a little unsure about doing this as West Chester had been a 5 star experience. As a mother of 5 with children who have been seen at chop in West Grove/West Chester for the last 20 years this was my worst experience. I’ve never written a bad review on anything in my life but was so uncomfortable at this well visit that I felt it wouldn’t be right to not let others parents know. If you’re looking for a warm inviting environment to care for your children this isn’t it.

If I could post with zero stars I would. This office refused to see my sick child for his appt ONLY due to the fact the Dr Karsch (who retired a year ago) was still on his insurance card as his primary doctor. Refusing to see a sick child due to a clerical issue is so disappointing, it’s obvious the health of my child is not their priority.

Doctor Detwieler is caring and patient. She is pleasant to work with and I would recommend her to anyone. Denise at the front desk is wonderful she got us set up without any stress, great team overall. They represent CHOP well! We are new patients and we are very pleased and could not have chosen a better medical team.

Apparently parents are not intelligent enough to know how sick there own child is and whether they need to be seen by a Dr. Now you wait hours for a nurse to call you back and they decide if the child's illness warrents a visit. No wonder emergency rooms and urgent cares are so busy when you can't rely on the Drs office.

My three kids go to CHOP primary! We love all the doctors and nurses! They are so friendly and patient with my kids! Sometimes you wait a bit when there for sick visits but that's to be expected!

Horrible experience with
front desk staff: Staci and Aidonna are both nasty and rude.
I observed how they treated other parents (white) and the treatment was different to say the least.
As a parent they made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed! I removed my children from this facility immediately

Front desk, extremely unfriendly if you aren’t white. Always an uncomfortable experience. Takes forever to get a call back from nurses.
