The staff on 4 Jones was so incredibly wonderful to my mom before and after she was placed on hospice care. They were super friendly and caring people who took care of my mom's every need. They supported us too, as a family, when my mom was put on hospice. I was there every single day for. a month and saw how they cared for and treated all of their patients. My grandmother was also a resident on 4 Jones for many years and that is why I trusted sending my mom there. Thank you to everyone on 4 Jones. You do the hardest job in the world and we could not be more grateful.

The Men and Women at this facility do a wonderful job. Communication to patient's families is great and the overall care is outstanding. Being able to drop by any time is always nice because you don't have to worry about making time to visit your loved ones. It may not be the most up to date facility, but what they lack in flashy equipment they make up for in skilled staffing. Anyone can have a nice building, but take your loved one somewhere where the staff are taken care of.

My friend was admitted yesterday. Of all the facilities he has been to during his ALS journey, Pocopson has left us speechless with how amazing all the staff have been. From the admissions team (Valerie), the receptionist, social worker (Andrea), nurses, aides and housekeeping hero’s, I would highly recommend Pocopson for your loved
one. If I could rate Pocopson higher than a 5star, I would. Their combination of care, empathy and knowledge is unfounded in the health care world these days.

Horrible place, horrible care, and horrible communication. They wait 5 days to tell you they gave your loved one the wrong medication and lose reports regarding elder abuse after a nurse calls to tell you that the County is investigating it. I have over 120 pages of reports from a 1 year stay of an elderly dementia patient and wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.

My family member complains every time I talk them about this place. One of the nurse is so rude she yelled at my family member and nothing was done. The nurses run this place not the DON. It is charge nurses but they are worthless. The kitchen is so short staff that the resident’s food is cold and come so late the higher ups don’t come out to check anything because that would of been addressed. It is a sad place the state needs to shut it down

Staff was very helpful and kind to our mom. Unfortunately over memorial day weekend, when there were record low temperatures, there was NO heat in the building. Even staff were wearing coats. The poor, elderly residents were freezing, wrapped in several layers of clothing, blankets, etc. Unacceptable for a place for elderly, infirmed people!

I've been in rehab since May 9th and I'm going home on June 2nd. All in all, the staff was professional and courteous. Like any other place you always find a few workers that don't want to do their jobs properly but they were only a few of those. Kudos to the nursing staff on Jones 3 in making my stay bearable.

PT and OT staff were excellent even though Bob gets blamed for everything by the ladies. That is the running joke of that unit. There were times during therapy that I didn't like them very much but everything they did was to assure that I only had to stay here the minimum amount of time.

Dietary, what can I say about them. The food wasn't too shabby except for the vegetables which always seem to be overcooked. Dining room stuff was extremely helpful. The folks that put the trays together or below average overall. Half the time you didn't get what you ordered and you had to call down to get it. It was a running battle between myself and dietary and the aides and dietary because they just weren't getting the orders correct.

If you're looking for a place to place your relative when needed, I definitely recommend Pocopson Home..

This is a wonderful place. They take amazing care of my 98 year mother. It is so clean and smells good always. The staff is very attentive and it makes my brothers and sister happy to know mom is so well cared for.
