The practice offered to squeeze in all my kids in one visit, saving us a trip in the next few weeks. Everyone was so kind, patient, and friendly, and put my crew at ease during the entire visit. We were in and out the door in 30 minutes with 3 appointments! My kids are very upset to hear that they have to wait a whole six months the to go back!

We have been coming here for over a year now and we love this practice! My two kids are small (3 + 6) and they never dread or complain about going to the dentist. The technicians have such gentle, kind energy. I personally enjoy chatting with them! My kids always feel safe with them and with Dr. Carlos. They love Dr. Carlos and find his energy has a mellowing effect on them. We have had both routine and a cavity done as well and both were smooth and non-traumatizing events for my kids. We commute from West Chester into Kennett for this practice and are so glad we do! I would highly recommend!

Great first experience for my little guy. He was a little nervous at first but everyone made him feel super comfortable and handled his nerves perfectly! Here we are a couple days later and he still is excited talking about his dentist visit!

The whole staff is welcoming and kind. The office is clean and has things for the kids to do while they wait to be seen although you typically do not wait long at all. Their communication is thorough and the their whole process is seeing patients is perfect! We love Chester County Dentistry!

This office is absolutely horrible. They prey on low income families with state insurance and try to force unnecessary procedure on children and then bully the parents by claiming false allegations. The are money hungry scamming insurance carriers over diagnosing improperly. The absolute worst experience with dr Gomez and his minion nurses will all expect to hear from an attorney. Truly zero stars
