I absolutely love Dr.S ... My grandson is his patient who is Autistic he's very gentle and attentive to his needs and my concerns. I love his practice so much I made my daughter his patient the front office staff has great patient service. Their also ok with none Vax patients Like my family which is difficult to find because every pediatric practice pushes their agenda on you Dr.S doesn't and I appreciate that!!.

The dental office here is really a joke. It takes six months or more to get an appointment. Then less than a week before your appointment they call and cancel. I had 3 appointments scheduled and they called and cancelled two right before they were coming up and the one I actually did get to go to they cancelled when I got there. They said I didn't confirm the appointment, but when I tried to online the link was expired and the only other email I received said we'll see you at your appointment tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous. One of the worst places I've ever been to in my life. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to because it's truly awful. It's not much of a dentist office anyway. They can't do cleanings because there is no hygienist and the dentist doesn't do root canals or most extractions. They tell you to call an oral surgeon. I'm not exactly sure what they even do here to be able to call it a dentist office.

I really did enjoy my visit with Dr. Chapman. She took the time to go over things and explained to me about my health and gave me some pointers on how to take care of my situation. I've been going here for a long time, and she's the first Dr. To really explain things to me in a way to understand. Very nice and forward with me.

I only give them 3 stars because this morning I think the lady from the lab was very angry with me and yelled at me, "Hurry up, you're not a baby, this is not a joke," she said to me, and I think her turn to go home was almost over. Maybe that's the reason! And she didn't explain to me very well what I had to do. She's the only lady. The others are very kind, they're very good people.Dr. Chapman is the best!!

Horrible experience, will be finding a new provider. I went in and saw one provider; a month later they switched my provider without telling me or notifying me. And staff all have bad attitudes; why work if you’re going to have an attitude.

I was Court Ordered to complete a substance abuse assessment with a woman named Ms. Bahr at the Annapolis Court House at Church Circle. During my appointment with Ms. Bahr on October 31, 2023 I was given a pamphlet of Providers and was also given a pamphlet for Arundel Lodge.

I traveled to Maryland Behavioral Health in Baltimore County on October 25th, prior to my assessment so I could give the court proof that I had already began my search for help prior to my scheduled appointment with Ms. Bahr at Chuch Circle and was refused to be seen because my ID says I live in Anne Arundel County. I changed my address through the court however Maryland Behavioral Health still would not assess me. They have a Walk In program on Monday and Tuesday from 9-1.

I choose Chase Brexton because I use Public Transportation and Chase Brexton was accessible and Arundel Lodge was not.

My first appointment at Chase Brexton was an hour long. The counselor who assessed me was dismissive, lacked compassion, and after her assessment wrote down a schedule for IOP that was not correct according to other employees at Chase Brexton.

My appointment with a Psychiatrist that I did not ask for could not be scheduled until December 20, well over 30 days and is an extremely long wait for Mental Health Support.

I was told I would have to attend 4 groups a week for 2 hours each “session” and then when I started attending group/zoom calls I was told that I would have to attend for 2 1/2 hours each “session” and that the information I was initially given was incorrect.

The curriculum being provided during IOP group is information copied from the Hazelden Foundation which is antiquated and has little relevance to today’s patients who seek treatment for individual conditions and circumstances.

The Chase Brexton groups are a waste of time, my “recovery” from the trauma I suffered recently isn’t being addressed and in fact is being ignored, and my insurance is being billed for treatment that isn’t and hasn’t provided me with any care whatsoever for the several weeks I’ve attended.

It’s so chaotic at Chase Brexton I was given the same “session” material twice on two different occasions, and then told that I was at the “beginning” of the “sessions” (“SESSION” ONE) after completing several “sessions”, “session” three twice.

I pleaded for help with transportation to my 4 “sessions “ a week at Chase Brexton and was told they were on it. On Friday December 1 2023 I still was without assistance with transportation and was completely ignored by the counselor who was supposed to help, the same counselor who did my intake and brushed off my trauma. The same counselor who takes personal phone calls during group and scolds patients if they laugh when something makes them laugh.

Another incident at Chase Brexton was where I was confronted by Peer Specialist Tiffany, I actually appreciate(d) her, she confronted me on a statement I made where I said alcohol did not bring me to Chase Brexton. I said it, alcohol did not bring me to Chase Brexton, a sexual assault did. Help for this trauma was completely and utterly ignored by the counselors/staff/Peer Support. I did learn a lot about everyone who I came in contact with at Chase Brexton, just didn’t learn anything considerable or conducive from them. Peer Specialists are the true experts at Chase Brexton.

I have also been asked when checking in at beginning of group meetings/“sessions” to identify my gender at Chase Brexton. There are only TWO genders and if my appearance is misleading then Chase Brexton needs Mental Health services not me. JVATALARO

My original Dr stopped taking my insurance so I started coming here. I love it! Everyone is so nice and caring. Especially the receptionist Gloria! She is a delight every time I come in. Always happy to help and answering any and all questions I may have.
