Dad has lived at Chancellor Gardens for about 7 years now, and he absolutely loves his life here. Great staff, great care, great classes and activities and even great food. Way too many fabulous staff members to list them all, but I must say that Brittany & Kristen do an amazing job engaging their residents and making them smile. Dad looks forward to every one of their classes and activities . Thanks Chancellor Gardens for loving your residents.

We Love Chancellor Gardens! They have the most amazing activities team. Britt and Kristen puts so much thought, preparation and effort into all she does to make the residents have an engaging experience there.
The care staff are so kind and loving to our dad and treat him with such respect as he is getting older.
Let’s not forget about the kitchen staff who prepare amazing meals.

Moving a loved one with dementia is never easy, but Chancellor Gardens made the entire process smooth, respectful, and far beyond what I ever expected. From the moment we began this journey, every member of the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure my loved one feels safe, comfortable, and cared for.

The nursing staff is absolutely wonderful—compassionate, attentive, and genuinely dedicated. The food is incredible—it truly feels like dining at a restaurant, with a variety of delicious options every day. I also love the wide range of activities, especially the brain games and exercise programs that keep residents engaged and active.

A special thank you to Jody, who was incredibly personable and supportive. She even remembered me from a call I made months ago, which really meant a lot. That personal touch makes all the difference.

I can’t recommend Chancellor Gardens enough. They’ve surpassed all expectations and have brought peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful transition.

I was hired as a personal assistant/friend to a wonderful woman with Alzheimer’s. We moved her here thinking it was an upgrade from her previous place, which was not the case. I would come in Monday-Wednesday and when I would come back on Mondays it was common that she would be in the same exact clothes as the previous week when I left her, down to underwear and socks. She would smell, look disheveled and have food spills all over. Not only did they not change her or hardly put pjs on her, sometimes she’d be in bed with even her shoes and tv still on, (she didn’t know how to turn it on or off and was done by staff) meaning no one was coming in to check on her or help her get to bed. I would have to alert staff if the bed was ever soiled because they hardly changed her sheets. I counted almost 2 months one time before her bedding was cleaned. We had the closet stocked with lots of clothes and extra bedding so the problem was a matter of neglect. The staff did not seemed trained on how to get her in the shower. Most of them were very short with her when they had to come in her room. It made her nervous. She would go weeks without a shower and the staff would say they tried but couldn’t. I also noticed they weren’t brushing her teeth regularly. Several complaints were made to management and it would improve for a week or two then go back to the same. They do have a good food menu, fun activities for the residents and some staff were delightful. Sadly, the care is not good. It has been over a year since we moved her so I don’t know if anything has been improved or changed. In her new place we have none of these problems and she is doing amazing. I am familiar with several memory care facilities along the Wasatch Front and I would never recommend this place.

I am so grateful to Chancellor Gardens and all the staff members! Everyone has been so kind and thoughtful to us during this time! The food is so good! The activities are great! You truly do feel at home here!!

Place is dirty hands dirty food dirty accountability. My grandma has fell down 2 in the past week no doctors no nurses. Under different circumstances Grandma would be okay. I recently found out hospice is involved I give hospice 👎 I’ll say that the staff @ C GARDENS ARE TOP NOTCH GRANDMA NEEDED ASSISTED PATIENT CARE WITH A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS WHO ARE CERTIFIED.

My Mom is a resident at Chancellor Gardens and has been for almost four years. I have had a good experience with many of.the caring folks whom have taken pride in the daily care of the residents. Eva is a pleasure to talk with every weekend, this is our normal time to visit. She is insightful and caring with us and my Mom. I am so appreciative and thankful for the staff at Chancellor and all their hard work and effort in bringing dignity and heartfelt care to the residents. Thank you Chancellor staff, you are all our extended family.
