We have used these guys for a few different reasons. Surgery recoveries and neck pinches. Great customer service, attention to detail. Always go above and beyond to care for their clients. Wonderful place and will always be our go to for any physical therapy needs!

Champion PT is AMAZING! There are a lot of great businesses in town, but this establishment puts Wickenburg on the map all the more. The staff are sincere, caring, knowledgeable, and professional (especially Champ). The atmosphere inside is friendly, open, and very clean. You will not be disappointed! I had a total right hip replacement on February 19th I started PT on February 27th I went for 5 weeks, 2 x per week. At my 3 week doctor check up they were amazed at how well I was doing. And at 6 weeks the Doctor said I was at the 3 month post surgery stage. The doctors amazed. Thank you Eddie and Clay for your great care. You knew just how to get me back to normal. I was in 10+ pain for 1.5 years. I feel like a new person. I highly recommend Champion PT for all your physical therapy needs. The whole staff were amazing. And receptionist was wonderful. Her beautiful smile when you walked In.

After a total knee replacement I didn’t think my dad would follow through with physical therapy, but after his first visit he told me how nice everyone is and how well they treat him. He is recovering perfectly and the knee doctor is very happy with his progress. We chose Champion because we have heard nothing but good things and it’s obvious we made the perfect choice!
