Please, have the staff answering the phones be a bit more patient and a less argumentative rude guy who kept throwing a fit because I’m trying to give him my phone number before I start coughing and he’s upset and accuses me of being rude and going to fast, so then I slow down, (still trying to suppress a coughing fit ) and then all of a sudden I’m mocking him. Can’t please him. Finished giving him the info he wanted and I asked for his name and he refused and reminded me I’m being “very rude” started whining his goodbye and I just said F off, doubt my message will get through to my original office, who ya know… handle my healthcare! Glad to see this is your philosophy. Please Remind these people just because they’re having a rough day or the person on the phone before was awful, not every one after will be, and maybe are sick trying to keep their head up on the phone to deal with a toddler taking messages. It’s tough all around. No need to be the worse version of yourself when helping clients. Best wishes and warmest regards

THIS IS A VERY HELPFUL COMMUNITY CLINIC WHERE THE STAFF IS SUPER FRIENDLY N HELPFUL ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL. MY DAUGHTER'S PEDIATRICIAN IS SO INFORMATIVE N VERY LOVING. THE RECEPTIONISTS IN THE FRONT DESK R SO NICE N FRIENDLY. KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB GIRLS. MAY GOD JEHOVAH BLESS N PROTECT US ALWAYS.

I like this place and staff are really nice. The ob Dr.Teresa and the pediatrician JAVIER Hernández are the best. I like that he actually find what kids have and not want to treat every thing with Tylenol. The reason why i gave it a 4 is because they will only let you go in with 2 children and i have 6 and all with the same symptoms and i still have to make separate appointments on different days and im not around the corner ( im 35min away but my trust in Dr. Hernández and Dr Teresa is worth the drive) to be coming different days.

Took them 2 hours to verify if my insurance was ok to take. Every children with a mother covered under medical is covered for 30 days. My son is a newborn and they said that he was not covered. The two hours that I was at the clinic , every staff member was on their phone.
