I never leave 5 stars as I believe there is always room to improve, but the service I received here was thoughtful and conducive to regaining control of my mental state. They made it as easy as possible to get the care I needed and thoroughly listened to what I wanted to accomplish in therapy and medication intervention. They provide a soft and welcoming environment that eased anxiety and allowed me to focus on what was important to my mental health.

I never knew I would ever need a therapist or psychiatrist. I was raised that having them was taboo or for the weak. I so thankful that I realized that thinking was completely wrong!! Being diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety at age 42. I knew something was wrong I just didn't know what. Being able to be vulnerable freevwith my therapist has been paramount in my transformation. The comfortability that I have to be able to be free is amazing. I never knew I needed any for of medication. My pyschiatrist is also amazing. She listened and not just prescribed but actually took the time to show me exactly what my medication would do. We have built an incredible relationship. Thank you to you both!!! Also the entire staff of Cvpp!! You are amazing and there will never be enough words for how grateful I am!!!
