If there are any issues between you and getting your treatment, they’ll take the time to make sure everything that can be done - is done. All patients deserve to be treated the way you would be at this pharmacy.

I normally would not spend time writing a review online, but on rare occasion that I encounter exceptional service, it’s only fitting to do so. This pharmacy sets itself apart from all the other pharmacies out there with their excellent customer service. There are no long lines or long wait, but just prompt service with friendly, caring people. The pharmacist, Richie, takes the time to talk with you and understand you, and his staff are all very helpful. They make sure you get what you came in for, with no delays. They deliver fast, friendly, outstanding service that’s top notch! For me, this is the ideal pharmacy that everyone should have access to. I definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Last Wednesday, I called an U we and arrived in-person to ask for a prescription refill for my son who has autism with mild anxiety. They answered they would deliver the bubble pack on Friday. I told them the only reason I’m showing up in person was becasue my cellular service was down temporarily. They insisted a delivery was coming on Friday. It is now Saturday and we waiting all day for that prescription delivery. I am disabled with blindness and do not drive. I depended and trusted their honesty in what they told me. I also had difficulty with their Fairfield location in filling the bubble pack refilled insisting the doctor had approved refills for
My spans anti anxiety medication. They didn’t believe me and added that I was horsing his meds and using for myself. If I could give this pharmacy one star, I would, but in order to place a complaint I have to for at least one star. Very bad and dishonest service.

Richie and his staff are awesome they provide awesome customer service my medicine is always ready i never have to call and remind them like other pharmacies... They're my second family they make my day when i go in there we always have a good laugh.and they care about their customers..
