We have been using Central Arkansas Family Clinic since my daughter was born. It was very important to us to find someone who was going to listen to all of our concerns and do everything they could for our daughter. We couldn’t thank Danica more for being so thorough and understanding. She has fought so hard for my daughter. She helped us find a health issue that my daughter has had since she was born when no one else listened to our concerns. The rest of the central Arkansas family clinic is always super friendly and makes my daughter excited for her appointments. The few times that’s Danica was not able to see us, we saw Kim and she took good care of my daughter as well. We couldn’t recommend this clinic or Danica more. She goes above and beyond for my daughter and I am so thankful that we have her in our corner!

I have been going here for years and it used to be a great place that had a few hiccups, until recently.
I have had referrals not be put through my insurance to paperwork being forgotten about for over 2 weeks (even though I check up on it and was told they will call me when it was done. The person who was delegated to fill it out quit. And they just forgot about.) I'm having an medical issue with my eyes that I was told we should do blood work for. That she was concerned on my last labs back in 2022 as well. ( First time hearing about that.) I ended up getting the blood work done in May and never got called back with the results. I had to call them to get my results at a later date which ok no problem ( I had to call them at the time anyway to have the fix a referral again.) I had someone over the phone tell me my blood work was good just one issue but it wasn't anything they really worried about. Now to find out that the issue could be something more considering the meds she put in today. And this could be currently be a factor on why I'm having this issue with my eyes and maybe other issues I have as well.

I wouldn't of even wrote a review and just let every issues I have been having here go. But I got a call from Walgreens today that I have a prescription in for medication that my doctor or nurses at this clinic never told me about. It has to do with what the blood work issue. The pharmacist told me that my doctor at this clinic put it in the medication for me today. I still have no idea why but what the medication it was makes me concerned.

I sent a message on my portal since I'm really concerned and just to tell them about all that has been going on. I just got a new doctor at a different clinic, (Due to issues stated in this review) which I had thought they were they one to put this medication in. But to find it was CAF clinic who sent the prescription.

I went in to the office on June 21st to let them know I'm switching and to get my records. So they should of informed my doctor I'm no longer at this clinic.
I just received a message back to be told to disregard the medication/script since I'm not with them anymore and sorry for the inconvenience. So now I'm upset because there is an issue. Why would my doctor prescribe these meds over a month and a half later from getting my blood work results, and not inform me at all. I never had a doctor who would just put meds in without talking with their patient to educate and inform them. Or making a follow up appointment if they felt something wrong was going on due to the blood work. A call would of even been ok.

To be told by a staff member that my blood work issue was nothing to concern about to having my doctor putting in a script randomly for it today. I haven't seen her since May when I had the blood work done. Now since I'm not with the clinic anymore it feels like they are saying "it's not our problem anymore." Which is fair it's not. I'm just glad I got a different clinic.

Now I have to probably go get another blood test done at this new clinic I'm at. Leaving me in the dark on what is happening and maybe why I'm having issues with my eyes and other issues.

it's a shame this place used to be a great clinic but they really need to look at some of the issues they have going on in house. I'm not sure if it's just to many patients here they can't handle it or something. I really hope the issues I been having doesn't happen to others here. The front desk is usually really friendly and the clinic is clean. So there is that 🙂

I've been going to CAFC for a little over a year now and I absolutely love everyone there. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and Kim is the best PCP I have EVER had! She has my routine and meds regulated and adjusted perfectly and has me healthier than I have been in over 20 years. Kim has literally changed my life and I could not be happier. If you need a physician or looking o change your life, consider this clinic. You won't be disappointed! I wish I could give 50 stars! ? ? ? ? ?

LOVE LOVE LOVE this clinic. They make sure their patients are taken care of. Danica their peds np was absolutely wonderful with my daughter. Kim made me feel very welcome and took my concerns into consideration. Highly recommend this clinic!

I take my son here for his pediatric visits. I love how this clinic is very small and family oriented- also, if there are any insurance issues they will work with you. The pediatrician is wonderful! She talks to you like you are one of her friends, she is very friendly and easy to speak to. One of the front desk ladies, I don’t know her name, she has short brown hair- she is wonderful and super friendly! One of the nurses has consistently been a bit curt in attitude each of my visits, but this isn’t off putting enough to lower the overall rating. The pros outweigh this. Overall, I absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a cabot based pediatric clinic. (Or any general medical care) I’m glad that the area has this clinic as an option for us.
