At first, the wait was over a half an hour past my appointment time. The ultrasound technician was polite and apologetic for the wait. Unfortunately, the doctor, he had Poor professionalism. He was rude and verbally aggressive. He acted as if I was wasting his time and did not make me feel at all comfortable, and his presence . Not sure who pissed in his Wheaties, but it wasn’t me and I did not deserve to be treated or talked to in such a manner as he did. 10 out of 10 Strongly, DO NOT recommend! seek sources outside of Fairbanks.

Dr. Ives and his team did an excellent job! I appreciated the conversation which helped keep my mind off of the procedure. Kiana and Krista were great during the procedures as well ensuring I was comfortable throughout my time on the table. Rhonda and the front desk helped out significantly with some billing issues. Great team all around- thank you!

Dr. Ives was very patient with my many questions and very forthright about the exam findings. The staff were all very professional and helpful. The facility ambiance was quite calming, and the entire place was spotless. There was no long line, no running for my record, and minimal waiting. This is what quality care looks like.

The staff are amazing and were always cheerful. My procedures went with no complications and minor scarring. My legs feel like new legs, no more dragging them around and no more swelling. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ives, he was thorough and pleasant.

A special shout out to Linda, who did my ultrasound. She was very professional, but at the same time, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Her chatting with me put my mind at ease during the lengthy procedure. I give her the highest recommendation - CVR is fortunate to have her on their team! After having Dr. Ives and his team work my problem veins, my legs feel great and very light. It’s like I’m walking on air. I would recommend them to anyone who has vein problems. They all are very knowledgeable in what they do, caring and kind. They made me feel from the first visit like I was being welcomed into their home. Great group of people!!!
