The service was surprisingly fast, and very family friendly. Their hours are very convenient and they offer shots/ immunizations on top of prescriptions. It's located in a clean store with plenty of parking.

New pharmacy hours that differ from everything on Google. Otherwise usually great staff and will help as able!

They updated their hours again recently 1/2024

Please note that they close for lunch from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
The staff members are consistently pleasant and respectful.
I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 due to challenges with reaching them over the phone. And if you need a prescription filled ASAP, you gotta show up in person to ask if they got it; otherwise, it might take a while.
But I have to give a shout out to the pharmacist who helped me out in an urgent situation. She was open to making accommodations.
Overall, the experience was good, and with a little improvement in phone communication, this place could be a 5-star pharmacy.

If this is your regular pharmacy I highly recommend finding a new one they are so short-staffed they cannot fill the scripts in a timely manner I waited 7 days to have my prescription canceled and my provider couldn't even get in contact with them through the provider line and I had to call customer service and have the grocery manager walk over there with a note to tell them to cancel my prescription so that I could get it filled at a different pharmacy until they hire new staff they do not have time for anyone. When I tried to pick up my script on the day that it was stated it would be available according to their automated system they had closed 15 minutes early for the day I hope they hire more staff or fix the issues at hand.

Normally I don't have a problem with this pharmacy. However, recently, it's been a real pain. I'm ALWAYS waiting a minimum of 30 minutes just to pickup a prescription and half the time, it's not ready. But my biggest complaint is that they NEVER answer the phone.

My dentist calls in the prescription and they don't answer the phone for doctor offices either. So, I have to just "wait" to see it the pharmacy got the message and refills the prescription because I can't call and confirm because they don't answer the phone.

Do better carrs pharmacy. You obviously need to hire more people.

Would give zero if possible. Transferred here from Fred Meyers (where I always had great service) because Carrs offered the gift card promo for transferring. It has been nothing but a nightmare.

They take days to fill my prescriptions, long wait lines, and long check out times. I have never once gotten to speak with someone on the phone at this location, and even after leaving voicemails I have not once received a call back.

Go to Fred Meyer on Muldoon and Debarr instead, they are wonderful.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I would give them zero starts if I could. I’ve consistently had poor to fair service here, but occasionally it’s better. Not today. After waiting in line for over 40 minutes for my toddlers inhaler (that he desperately needed because he used up the other one), I am told there’s no refills left, although this morning when I called, the staff told me it would be ready after 3. (It was now 6pm). I asked them to fill the same inhaler that’s available under my profile. Problem solved, right? They said it would be another 25-30 minutes before it was ready. I said “to slap a sticker on a box?” And the pharmacist replied “IF YOU KEEP TALKING LIKE THAT, I WONT FILL IT AT ALL.” This pharmacist should be fired and have her license revoked. Avoid this pharmacy. Here’s your warning.

I must've called a thousand times
To tell you
I'm all out of my prescription
But when I call,
you never seem to be home.

Hello from the outside
At least I can say that I've tried
To tell you I don't want
to go to Wal Mart.
But it don't matter, it clearly
doesn't tear you apart anymore...

Ok, I have been here for 8 years and it breaks my heart to see the pharmacy staff who cared quit suddenly or get a VERY well deserved promotion because they were stellar. And now... They have one or two people working at a time to save costs and they are going to quit so fast.

I've been without a med I'm NOT supposed to just go off of for over a week. Part was some other mix ups but the pharmacy has had the Rx for most of the week now. I'm disabled, can't lift my scooter without injuring my spinal cord issues and they absolutely refuse to pick up the phone anymore.

My doctor's staff tried to call and they can't get through either. It's honestly a matter of time before someone dies directly because of missed meds and the Alaska director for Carrs never returned my voicemail either.

We're having to switch what we can to other pharmacies because we are left with no other choice.
