I have been in serveral different rehab/nursing facilities an I am very happy to say out of all the homes round state I been involved with, worked in, an have had family in also, this is in my opinion one of the best qualified an ran facilities in Carrollton or in our general state. So Thks to all employees and as well as the residents here who are awesome !! Again thank you all!

This place is the most disgusting place I have ever been to. My mother was there a total of 4 hours before I went to check on her. There was dried poop all along the hallways and paint coming off the walls and the nurses were unattentive to their patients and when I asked for a wheel chair to get my mom out of this disgusting hell hole they said no so we took a chair from the hall way and carried her out.

Horrid place. I would give them negative stars if it were an option. They were abusive to my dad while he was there and I had to end his stay and take him home. He was so sweet and frail and they physically hurt him. How does this place continue to stay in business!?!

This place is so sad. Paint peeling off of the walls. Overwhelming smell of feces in urine! It seems that the staff doesn’t care at all for the patients. Outlets exposed. Calls are never returned.

Great people Very nice, and, Very nice to my mother that resides there, they are always willing to resolve every situation and issue that arises with promptness and Professionalism.
They really care about those that are residents and or short term I really recommend Pine knoll.

Beware. Don't send your loved ones here. They will dope you up, keep you from talking to your family. They will make you sick on purpose to try to ride out your insurance. After they push your insurance as far as they can they will hold you hostage and try to force you into residency. If you refuse to live at this facility they will literally attempt to kill you! They called us late at night to let us know that my mother's oxygen level was in the 70s and that she was BLUE. They let us know that it was late at night (around 2am) and they were doing everything they could do and they would call us tomorrow. We asked for an ambulance and for emergency care and they refused saying they would see how she does through the night... low oxygen levels and turning blue and had no intention on getting proper medical attention. We had to call the ambulance ourselves. On arrival my mother was unconscious from extreme loss of oxygen. Paramedic observation revealed that th equipment provided by the nursing home had failed or had ran out of oxygen. This nursing home is purely negligent and knew my mom would be discharhed soon and they were literally going to kill her if they couldn't have her money. The ring leader behind all of this has a name and it is Sharon Lanier. SHARON LANIER was fired from Tanner medical center for accidently killing a patient years ago. She is evil and has no business around patients. She is also a conflict of interest to even be near my mother or know anything of her medical business seeing as Sharon is my mother's step daughter. Every single person that works here is involved in shady evil business. You did not succeed this time. Don't let these people kill your loved one. Run from this place as fast as you can. They will kill you before they will discharge you.

My Aunt was put in this JOKE of a facility. Not only did they take her cell phone away and make sure my aunt had no way of contacting her family, when we called to inquire why my aunt wasn’t answering her cell phone the nurse went into her room and made her call from the nurses phone and made my aunt be on speaker phone during the conversation. When we asked my aunt why she couldn’t use her phone the nurse could be heard in the background telling my aunt what to say!! Fast forward to last night my aunts oxygen dropped to 70 and they REFUSED TO CALL THE AMBULANCE. The family had to call and come to find out the paramedics stayed the oxygen tank was EMPTY!! Not only are they shady but they tried to kill my aunt! They should be checking the equipment DAILY!! Beware of this place do NOT send your loved ones here if you want them to live!!!!

The nurse named Sarah Neeley is having an affair with a patients son who goes to visit his father and met her there. She knows that the son has been in a relationship for 11 years and has 2 children together, but she doesn’t mind breaking up a family for her own satisfaction. Sarah is also married and that doesn’t bother her either! She also goes into patient’s rooms to “study” she shouldn’t be allowed to spend hours at a time in one person room when there are other people who are there to be cared for as well.
