I work with a lot of pharmacies professionally and CV Pharmacy has the best staff and pharmacists. They have always been helpful, if you have questions about medicines or need help getting a prescription that's been problematic. They have found coupons for me, they deliver, and they absolutely referred me to a different pharmacy for 1 medicine to make things faster for me. They are excellent with communication and notifications, and they do also compound! Most of the negative reviews below are complaining about things not under their control, as I'm sure some of you savvy consumers are aware can happen. I'm very grateful Carmel Valley is in our community.

This is about as close to a “small town pharmacy”
As you’ll experience (in a big city). While the decor is a mish-mash of trinkets, and the overall feel is nothing like the “big box stores” there’s comfort in knowing you’re in good hands. The people are nice and the results, as expected. Oh and plenty of easy (and free) parking! Thanks CVP!

Carmel Valley Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used. They are always very friendly and helpful when dealing with them. I was recently leaving for a trip and had not renewed a prescription I would need on the trip and they quickly compounded it even though they were very busy. I recommend Carmel Valley Pharmacy to all my friends.

As a naturopathic doctor, this is my go to pharmacy. Their quality is the best you can find, and they are very responsive and easy to work with. I have worked with so many compounding pharmacies over the years and they are BY FAR the best one I've found. I love them so much that I use them personally and I prescribe through them for my family as well.

They never call when anything ready and despite marking that they received an rx they never actually fill it. All trips here over the past year that should be a quick 10mins tops last an hour and accomplish nothing; they're just inept.

Cute boutique pharmacy. Fast service but OTC items you find here may be pricier than what you would pay at the rite aid around the corner. Be mindful to be brand specific otherwise when purchasing OTC's their brand of Vitamin C may cost you 4 times the price of what you would pay for a more common brand like Nature Made. Be mindful of your copays on meds when picking up after the collate and hand you your receipts. Why pay for prescription coverage that allows you 90 day supplies at for example $10 then have it bypassed to pay $10 a month for 3 months spending $30 for the same Rx. If this pharmacy truly leads with integrity and prides itself on customer service it provides, filling ur prescription as prescribed for 90 days and not bypassing ur insurance that you pay (most often) monthly for shouldn't be an issue, warrant a transfer or affect the top tier service they provide. Too often pharmacies are filling for profit instead of their patients wellness convenience is good but it comes at an expense that may be passed on to you but Integrity, Integrity goes along way!
