I am currently under their care and am returning home tomorrow. I have been here 11 days for PT after back surgery. I have absolutely no regrets for coming here. The PT girls are amazing and very friendly. The whole staff is very caring and friendly. No one that's here wants to be but these folks sure helped me physically and mentally to a speedy recovery.

For 8 weeks the staff have taken care of my fiance's grandfather, making his stay very welcoming and successful! He has been released and sent home due to the hard work he's done through physical therapy OT and ST and the staffs hard work and dedication to their patients! Now her grandmother will be sent here for rehab as well, considering this is the absolute best option for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. We can not speak highly enough of this facility and their staff. We will always be grateful for all they have done to help emotionally and physically! Shout out to Jamie, Michelle, Danielle, as well as many more who have taken their time to truly care.

My brother recently spent 15 days at Carlisle Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a 2 week hospital stay. We went there with a goal of making him stronger physically and mentally. Both were accomplished and he was able to return home safely. We found the facility to be clean and safe and the PT & OT staff really worked hard to help my brother. We also found the nursing staff to be very competent, and the aides to be very helpful. From the time that we were admitted by Alicia (she was great the whole time), and Ange, we could sense that the management were trying to make changes here to benefit the residents which will in turn benefit their business. Keep up the great work and you will overcome the negatives from the previous ownership and management. Highly Recommend this facility.

If I could give -10 I would. My mother is currently in this facility and I was just visiting her. Her and her roommate both had to go to the bathroom and called the nurses. After 20 minutes passed I went out and they said they would send the aide in. Another 10 minutes go by and I go back out because they both are in pain and the aide looks at me and with attitude says “I need to clean these plates from these rooms before I can help them”. Since when is cleaning lunch plates more important than patients in pain needing to use the bathroom? Not to mention the place feels dirty and the food is disgusting. I don’t feel my mom is safe at this place and would never recommend it to anyone. When I called to speak to someone they said there wouldn’t be anyone there to talk to until next week.

My grandfather (Ezra) had been sent to genesis and my sister (Danielle) also works there. This place may not run to every single room every second of every day but nowhere is 100% perfect . But, after being in and out every day 3 weeks now this place is definitely at my and my families HIGHEST recommendation . The staff are very warming/respectful/caring etc. They do THEIR VERY BEST . Rehab is absolutely amazing for short term transitioning home . Long term care is difficult for all sides but again, they do their very best . As a staff member pay and benefits are great.. I would always recommend sending any of my family to work or to stay/be treated here . Much respect and appreciation to those who work at this location 👏 🙌 💖

Michelle, Brit, Shannon, Janine, and Rose, made his stay comfortable. They showed so much compassion and our family couldn’t be more thankful.
