Place has gone down hill last few months. Loooong wait times the nurses don't pass messages to dr and they can't even bother to return calls can't find paper work half the time and you can clearly see one nurse doing most the work while others in office slack. Not the kind of care I want. It's sad cause not one person that was there year ago is now. Not one, what's that tell you. The dr does take his him with you but I'm taking my business elsewhere after 3 years of loyal service also have had 4 different drs in the time I've been there

The practice used to be a friendly and well ran. Over the past year the practice has degraded dramatically. One example is that we were requesting a refill for my wife's cholesterol medicine in June. She spoke with the office manager and she said that it would be taken care of that day. What she forgot to mention was that the practice had no physician on staff at the time. My wife called back at least 6 more times between June and August to get them to send in the refill. Our pharmacist even sent a request for the refill to be sent back to them. We found out Tuesday September 6th that the practice does not have a physician ( the office manager could have told my wife that in June,) and they had not had a physician since May. They are now trying to add a physician to work at the practice. We are looking for a new practice and recommend you not go to this one.

We had a terrible experience here with the interim physician Dr. Peter McKay (who replaced a WONDERFUL Dr. Ryan Crim). This man attempted to retract my infant son's foreskin (which can be horribly damaging and cause life-long problems). I physically had to stop him from harming my child. He then told me that there if it can't be easily retracted to clean the glans of the penis then there is a serious problem and I should take him to a urologist. FALSE FALSE FALSE!!!!!! It takes all of about 2 seconds to find accurate information on the care of an intact male (never retract, clean it the same way you would clean a finger). So not only did he "educate" me with blatantly false information, he also attempted to physically touch my son in a way that could have done terrible, terrible damage. By forcefully retracting, he could have ripped the foreskin from the glans, which is NATURALLY adhered until the boy retracts it on his own. He continued to tell me I was wrong until I left the office. In addition, Dr. Lara Kauffman also approached me and echoed Dr. McKay's words when instructing me on "how to clean him properly".

Please - if you have an intact son or know anyone that does BEWARE that these people are putting your child in danger. The same people who are supposed to be protecting and caring for us are actually endangering intact boys. It makes me question what other false information they are "educating" their patients with.

four years ago, this place was great, but not anymore. i had a great relationship with my doctor here, but he moved out of state. in the last three years, i've had SIX DIFFERENT doctors. whether i liked the doctor or not, they would move on. no one wants to stay here. not even me. i'm leaving.

The past two times I've needed a doctor, I've been sent to a different practice or urgent care because there are no doctors available. I am also waiting to reschedule a check-up that has been cancelled twice due to similar reasons.

New owner refused to give me the referral I needed so my insurance can cover an urgent care visit. I suspect a scam.. Contacted the attorney general's office.

This was a great practice when Dr. Ryan Crim was there. Everything ran smoothly. Ever since Dr. Crim left this practice it has gone downhill at a fast pace. I will never return here & I'm trying to find a better place to go. You are better off somewhere else.

The loss of Dr. Kauffman from the practice does leave a void that remains unfilled. That being said patient care is always 5 stars and the support staff get 5 stars too!
