Our Elder Care Specialist, Care Patrol's Angela H, was very helpful in our search and selection of assisted living for Mom. Multiple times, Angela invested the additional time we needed with her as we talked thru different aspects of Mom's needs, as well as my two sisters and my struggles with moving Mom from the retirement dream home that she and Dad had designed and built 25 years ago. Angela helped by listening and asking probing questions that helped with clarity of thought and focus throughout our journey. Our family could not be more pleased with Angel's involvement in our process. And, we're really liking the final selection here in day 21 of Mom's residency at Assisted Living.

Angela gently guided us through the home care choices we needed when Mom came home from Rehab. We were extra cautious about COVID concerns and she was able to provide a list of quality home care providers. We were so involved with our own care of Mom that the legwork and research Angela did for us was invaluable. She set up Zoom interviews with several group care managers, we chose the group that worked best for Mom and were so very pleased with the response time, knowledge and empathy received. I definitely will call upon Angela as future needs arise.
