This place is disgusting. They don't know what they are doing. CNAs walk around for an hour or longer before they know their assigned patients. No one ever wants to help they always have excuses. My mom was there for 2 1/2 weeks ended up with influenza and pneumonia. I kept telling the nurses something was wrong for 3 days before i insisted they take her to ER and that took 3 hours. The hospital sent her back there on their own and she was back in ER 3 weeks later septic and fighting stage 2 bed soars. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Neglectful and the lack of cleanliness. We witnessed cross contamination and just a lack of integrity across the board. We nearly lost our mom twice due to the kind of care she received here, she was in ICU twice in less than 60 days. The hospital was so concerned they contacted the ombudsmen for us and started an investigation. We moved her to better place in Fountain Valley and she is thriving.

My poor mom stayed at this place for 5 days so I could take a respite. She came back home with a terrible case of diarrhea. The skin on her backside was so red and blistered that it took at least a week to get it back to normal. She had a small bedsore when she went in but it was much worse when she returned home. My mom was neglected at this place, terribly. She said the food was awful and the nurses were rough and unfriendly. My mom is not one to complain, so I believe her.

This place is an absolute nightmare. My fiance is here after leaving a hospital after a serious accident, and it's made him miserable. Took them 12 or more hours to get him pain meds after arriving here for his extreme pain. The nurses take anywhere from 30 minutes to an HOUR to answer call lights, to the point I have to walk to the station and get their attention multiple times. Sewage has backed up multiple times into the bathroom with nothing being done about it; the plumber has been coming for weeks now.

Nurses continue to argue with us about prescribed medications and insult patients on top of having horrid attitudes. The place is filthy and many residents are just completely ignored with many of them screaming for help or just plain screaming. A few of the nurses are stellar, but they're run ragged and it feels like this place puts all the weight on the best ones.

I'd advise to stay far away from this place.

27 minutes to answer a call button I pressed it and set my stopwatch...got up to make sure light was on and saw nurse Ratchet at the station. My mom has renal failure and did not urinate for two days....they neglected to think that was important. She is at the ER now ....prayers that she does not need to go back and can make it home. I am scared for the other patients. Are these places regulated?

This place is hell. I literally just got back from saving my mom from this place at 10pm at night. My Mom was released from the hospital to this hell hole once she arrived they left her in a wheelchair for over a hour plus ignored her calls for help, didn't help her to the restroom, refused to give her dinner and slammed water at her all while talking trash about her in Spanish my mom may look like she wouldn't understand Spanish but she does and can speak it very well. She just had major surgery and can't use all of her left side as well . It's a good thing I called my mom to find this all out and I was persistent calling her because the person who was answering the phone was very short and told me she wasn't there when she was there since 7 and I finally got ahold of her around 8:50. This place may look nice on their website as well as in person but don't let that fool you their staff are lazy ,unprofessional ,rude , and just don't care...this place needs to be shut down.

I had a major spinal sirgery and was sent here 7 days later. This place is disgusting, it took them 12 hours to get me my first pain meds , when I'm supposed to have some every 2 hours to control the extreme pain, and not only that, every time I hit the nurses call or aid call lights, it took at least 30 minutes to respond....yes....30 . This place is absolutely ridiculous, and they do not keep it clean. If you have open wounds or have recently had surgery, stay as far away as you can from here.

This is NOT a review, this is a WARNING.

Please DO NOT take anyone there they WILL DIE or be WORSE OFF then when they arrived.

My 90 year old mom was sent here for recovery on Saturday February 9th 2019, after a pacemaker was put in, arrived 5:45 PM, was left there because there was no one to admitt her in, in less than 24hrs developed bedsores/welts on her back, in less than 48hrs she’s in an emergency room at the hospital unresponsive, we don’t know yet if she’s going to make it, so far the doctor found she’s dehydrated, has a high fever and an infection.

I will be posting a detailed WARNING on all that transpired within that short span of time that in my opinion I concider CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE

I hope you all join to have this place shutdown.

Right now I need to focus my whole to my moms recovery and well being God Wiiling
