I have worked for this company for over a year now and I have to say they have some of the most passionate, kind, helpful, understanding staff I have ever worked for. My supervisors are very detail-oriented and make sure to share all their knowledge regarding clients so we know exactly what we are walking into and what we are expected/not expected to do for the client. Courtney especially, always provides detailed directions, expectations and feedback. She also offers guidance and shares ideas and techniques that help us improve the experience with our clients. My supervisors have this ability to manage multiple responsibilities all while keeping a positive attitude which helps others have a positive attitude as well. I have had to take time off for personal reasons and they were unbelievably understanding and supportive the entire time and welcomed me back which in return makes me want to do my job to the best of my ability. Carebuilders@home is an amazing company that has amazing employees who deliver very hands on, compassionate, friendly companionship and help/support.

Working for Carebuilders at Home was not just a job to me. Caring for others and knowing that I was making a difference in their lives was important to me. I enjoyed taking care of my clients allowing them to stay in the privacy of their own home. Two things that attracted me to Carebuilders at Home was the flexible schedule. I was able to work around my families schedules. And the second was working with the office staff. Working together to give our clients the best care was important to me and in order to do that you need to work well with the staff.
