My friend recommended I get this app for a quick virtual appointment, but I honestly didn't expect much. However, I was really impressed with how professional and thorough the visit was. It was extremely easy to make the appointment, to get a diagnosis, and to get the proper prescriptions. The PA took his time with my son and was so kind throughout the visit. My provider, Shelby, was fantastic—she took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough and thoughtful care. I’m completely amaze and happy with this place. As soon as I walked into it to check in ,everyone’s make you feel welcome and comfortable.
This a great feeling your pains go away right away. You get treated with dignity and kindness. Everyone is so kind and caring.
I loved this place. I did not feel so stressed like The way I felt when i I have visited other urgent care before. This place is totally different. The building itself doesn’t even have the look as other urgent care

I had a wonderful visit and I didn’t have to wait long at all because you can book a time online or just walk in. I called with a question and it was immediately answered, along with kindness and professionalism. The Dr was thorough and had a great bedside manner. I highly recommend!!

Best UC I’ve been to yet- I was able to make an appointment for within 15 minutes (though walk in is fine too!) and had a minimal wait once there. Super clean and friendly front desk staff. A very friendly PA saw me, and while I had a confusing combo of symptoms, she didn’t brush anything off and took my complaints seriously. And unlike what seems like the case with most UCs now, they actually appeared to have an abundance of modern medical technology on location. Like I immediately got an EKG done during my exam, I saw that X-rays were available to be obtained there too, and they can do labs and a bunch of other stuff- so you do not have to make different trips to 3 different locations they refer you too. And while ultimately they stated I needed to go to ER, I’m very glad I went to Carbon UC in Culver City.

Everyone here is incredibly kind and helpful! I arrived at the end of the day. Instead of making me feel bad or asking me to come back tomorrow, they completed my appointment and answered all my questions. This has been, by far, the best urgent care experience I've ever had! 🙂

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience at this carbon health location. I have been to the one in Van Nuys and had such a great experience both times, I figured it would be the same here. I never leave bad reviews for any establishment but this is ridiculous. I got an appointment last minute and was treated friendly by all the staff. However the next morning I got my test results in all negative on the Carbon Health app. I texted back because I had many questions because if my results were negative I have no idea what my illness is and how to treat it. I called twice yesterday, spoke to friendly staff who assured me they would message me back in the app, and heard NOTHING. I have called twice today, explaining how unhappy this has made me and was once again assured I would be contacted by a provider, and still, NOTHING. This is not how things should be treated regarding someones health. Dont waste your time here, go to the Van Nuys location or a different place.

Today was my first visit with CARBON HEALTH. I walked in lastnight to ask a few health questions and the young receptionist was amazingly kind as was the front desk this appointment. I KNEW THEN AND NOW, this was the place for myself. Each person I encountered was just KIND AND PROFESSIONAL!! And made me feel welcomed and cared for. I surely shall share my experience with all I encounter.
