After years of problems with my knees Miranda at Mt Horeb guided me through a series of exercises that, over just 5 visits, have me considering getting back to running and playing tennis again. Very pleased with Capitol Physical Therapy Mt Horeb.

My daughter has been doing PT at the Verona office with Tyler since June for a knee injury. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and Tyler as a physical therapist. My daughter has special needs and I couldn't have picked a better place for her to be in her healing journey. Highly recommend!

Even better service the second time around. Great help with a serious SI joint problem that had bothered me for more than a year. Almost immediate relief. And, bonus! My primary care physician had recommended Capital Physical Therapy (Mount Horeb) and I am SO happy he did! I had been having severe ankle pain for weeks and working with Garret has helped so much. He’s compassionate, friendly, doesn’t rush and listens. I am very happy with the care I’m receiving and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I went to Capital Physical Therapy for rehab after my knee replacement. I chose CPT in Mt. Horeb because they were covered by my insurance and very convenient for me. I was in therapy for about 2 and a half months.
I was given opportunity to give input on my rehab exercises. Dr. Garrett and Miranda are excellent. Very professional, prepared with progressive exercises for strength, balance and pain reduction. Always on time which I very much appreciated. My rehab experience with CPT was excellent and I recommend them highly.

I've had a very positive journey at Capitol Physical Therapy in Sun Prairie after a painful injury. Sam started me onto the road of recovery with massage and exercises aimed to help me gain strength. Ryan has added to my general well-being with even more exercises to get mobility back. There is a family feel to the group that I appreciate. They are wonderful people that care about my health. I have had many great experiences at Capitol Physical Therapy. First, I would like to mention that secretaries often set the stage for the entire office. The secretary at the Verona office is so friendly and helpful. I absolutely enjoy talking to her when I come to the office. She is very knowledgeable. I feel like I am able to get into the appointments and time slots that I need for therapy. The office itself is very clean and the big windows make it very bright and cheery for my appointments.
I have been working with Tyler Harrington for physical therapy. From day one he has been cheering me on. He is very supportive, personable and truly cares about my thoughts. When I have a question or concern he calls me back the same day. I can't say enough good things about Capitol Physical Therapy. I would highly recommend them.

I see Dr. Garret Rogstad at the Mount Horeb clinic. He is an amazing Physical Therapist. He is very knowledgeable and has helped to alleviate my symptoms. In addition, he is compassionate, caring, and personable. The Care Coordinator, Vicki, is personable and friendly; she has been extremely helpful in answering my questions and arranging appointments.
They seem to really care about the well-being of all their patients and do their best to help everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Feels like family! The facility is clean and well-equipped with everything they need to perform quality services. I highly recommend the Mount Horeb Capitol Physical Therapy facility to anyone seeking physical therapy! 🙂
