I am here to leave another POOR review on Capitol Pain Institute. On 6/19/25 I had the WORST experience from people who fell themselves “Medical Professional”. I sent an email to one of the nurse practitioners on the visit I had stating how my experience went and I also left a review. In my email it stated I was going to look into other options (as in finding another Doctor) NOT self terminating myself.

On today 6/23/25 at 3:14 P.M. I had a fallow up RECORDED call with the clinic manager “Ms. Prina or Prima” (possibly incorrectly spelled) . The clinic manager allowed me to speak on what transpired for the most part until she started to speak and stated she disagrees with the way I treated as if she was in the room with me. She also stated “ Ms. Farnell you stated that you want to self terminate yourself from this practice”. That is not what I stated, what I stated is in black and white (email documentation) my email specifically that I am looking into other options if I am going to be treated in the negative manner by medical providers at Capitol Pain.

Then she proceeds to say “I will be sending your termination letter in the mail” while she over talked me, she would not allow me to get a word in. I then asked her “so are you terminating me from the practice “ she stated “No you are terminating yourself” at that point from her tone from the recorded conversation she was forcing me out. Then she went on to say my providers will not be seeing you” and she also stated “ Dr. Church is leaving so that’s the way it is going to be you will have to see Dr. Ganti”. Furthermore I am on FMLA that was approved this last Friday. It would have been approved much sooner if the paperwork was filled out correctly (Also have documentation of that) .

By Dr. Church being the one that filled out my FMLA documents, the clinic manager is now stating that Dr. Ganti will be denying your FMLA because he does not do FMLA. Capitol Pain Policy states that the practice does FMLA (another lie she told). I should have been informed that Dr. Ganti does not do FMLA. I was informed over a month ago that Dr. Church was leaving in August (another document that I have) and Dr. Ganti was taking over why wasn’t I informed on this when Dr. Church received the FMLA paper work ? The day I seen Dr. Ganti is the day they correctly completed my FMLA paperwork and nothing was said about him doing FMLA. I wasn’t informed until today after another heated frustrating conversation with the clinic manager.

The clinic manager is WORST than the Doctors she spoke to them first and then called me. She called me with a formed opinion. That was not a follow up call. She called me to terminate me from the practice then stated I self terminated because she had NO LEGAL GROUNDS to terminate me. I tried telling her several times I did not self terminate and it’s stated boldly in the email. Not to mention she was recorded by the person that was sitting in the car with me.

Immediately after I spoke with her I contacted my lawyer who stated to print off the email and wait for this “termination letter”. I am going all the way to the top and not going down without a fight. The only thing I wanted was to be treated like a human and they failed to do that! From the doctors down to the RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL, dismissive and defensive Clinic manager. My attorney is about to have a field day with this. For anyone that is reading this always remember documentation is important and recording is legal in the state of Texas. They are unprofessional and liars!!!!!

Instead of being honest saying they don’t want me as a patient at Capitol Pain they took the route and LIED stating “I self terminated myself” as my attorney stated they will have to show proof I stated I am going to “Self Terminate” . I hope no other patient is treated like they treated me, they will hear from my attorney. Rude disgusting humans.

The best thing I can possible say is that they care. They care that you hurt. They listen when you talk. They want to know how you feel, how you are doing for real when they ask you. I have had muscular skeletal issues for a while but when i started dealing with the spine and neck issue's... Oh my goodness. Either way the only thing I can really say is they are EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and THEY CARE. From the receptionists all the way to the Doctor. And my Nurse..... Wow. You can just see that look in her eyes that she cares and listens. And that means so much when you go from being an active person to dealing with a falling apart body. THANK YOU ALL...
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE CARING AND PROFESSIONALISM. FOR THE JUST LISTENING TO ME WHINE.
THANK YOU.... 👍😀

I'm so pleased with the entire staff at Capitol Pain Management. Dr.Doll was very professional, courteous and spot in with my diagnosis. This was the first time I have met her and it was for a consultation. She doesn't mess around, I go next week for an injection and I have to say I'm looking forward to it!

The staff was great especially in this time. I felt that they were taking all the appropriate precautions in regards to the pandemic.

Dr. Doll really listened to me and I felt she wanted to address the root of the problem rather than just prescribing medication.
