Great practice I appreciate how they have “before hours.” It meant I could find out what was going on and get medicine early. I love how friendly everyone is. I want to give a big shoutout to Dr. Koomson; she is amazing and very thorough with wellness visits!

Not worth it, seek alternatives.

There are a few good doctors and nurses, or were, most seem to rotate away from this practice (pediatric and adult). The people you deal with in reception are often the most unpleasant.

Used to be an excellent place with great service for both adults and children. However, more recently our experience has suggested that the service quality needs some attention, from short-staffing at reception to less-experienced phlebotomists, to less personalized approach of some medical staff. All resolvable but still needs attention.

We’ve been sending our children here for five years now (one kid is 5, the other is 2). This is an amazing practice, in which all the doctors each show kindness and take she time necessary to help us understand what our kids need. We recommend to all new parents, or anyone looking for a good pediatrician group.

Excellent care with evidence-based doctors that take the time to think through your kid’s health. Sick kid slots and vaccine drives make our lives so much easier. We drive 20min out to their offices gladly. Dr Bhatt has cared for our 35 weeker since he was born!

Wow, receptionist was incredibly short and rude on the phones. She didn't even say goodbye just disconnected the line. Guess I didn't need anything else, thanks for asking. It's ok to hurry things along but at least be polite in the process. LOVE our DR, they just need better client facing staff.

We went here for our first appointment, but it went very poorly so we were forced to find a different pediatrician

Cons:
- Everything is rushed. The nurses rushed taking measurements and running tests. The pediatrician rushed the whole appointment and didn't even introduce themselves other than their name. I had to convince them to take follow-up questions so they wouldn't leave so fast.
- Not emotionally attentive. They didn't even take time to console my toddler when he started crying after a throat exam
- No bedside manner. During the exam, the doctor mostly talked to me and did not address my son directly until I tried to prompt them or include my son in the conversation
- No sick entrance. All patients enter together, healthy and sick
- Only 1hr free parking. After that you have to pay
