I had a terrible experience with Camino Health Center. After changing my insurance to this facility, it took them 15 days just to update their system and see my name. When I finally got into their system, I requested a Farsi-speaking doctor, and they scheduled me an appointment for 45 days later.

After waiting a whole month, they called to cancel my appointment, saying they no longer work with that doctor. When I asked to be rescheduled with another Farsi-speaking doctor they have, they refused because she doesn't see new patients.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. They are disorganized, unhelpful, and seem to have no regard for their patients' time. I would not recommend Camino Health Center to anyone. They have completely wasted my time and failed to provide the care I needed

I had a blood test done in June 2024, and although 6 months have passed, I still cannot get a doctor's appointment. They do not care. Sometimes they do not call me to evaluate the results. Although everything is registered in the system, they do not care. I make an appointment again, and although I come at my appointment time, they say you do not have an appointment, we will call you, unfortunately their system is irrelevant. The doctors are very good but their system is very bad.

Sadly, this is our only local option for a primary care physician within the Cal Optima Community Network. It pretty consistently take 20+ minutes of waiting on the phone to get through to anyone and then once through, their English is often times hard to understand. It took 2 months to get a referral for my brother to see a Neurologist despite them knowing he was a stroke recovery patient and that this was a critical part of his recovery. The first and only time we were able to meet with a Doctor, he said we have 15 minutes and asked what the 2 most important things we needed help with today and that everything else would require another appointment. He wasn't very nice or welcoming to us as new patients. When I called to schedule an appointment with a doctor, they were booked up for the rest of the month and I was told to call back on the 1st of the next month because they wouldn't have visibility into the next month until that time. Crazy.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Family Resource Center. Liz (who I believe works at the front desk, with long dark hair and facial piercings) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. While I was speaking with her, she kept switching to Spanish with her coworker, laughing in a way that made me feel like they were discussing me. Not only was this behavior uncomfortable, but she was also loud and shared my personal information and the reason for my visit openly, which felt like a violation of my privacy. I would appreciate more professionalism and respect for clients’ confidentiality in the future.

I received an advertisement for caloptima enrollment among a lot of other services that were supposedly being offered at this location. I came with a family member as they needed help with enrollment. We took 2 buses to get there which in total took about 1hr and a half. When we got there we got redirected over to one of the many stands and this one said Caloptima. The woman asks how she can help us as she’s snacking on her sandwich. We let her know that we’re there to receive help with enrollment and she informs us that she doesn’t help with enrollment and that we would have to call a number she gave us or we could do it online. She informs us that they’re more than likely closed but gives us a cup, pencil, and sends us on our way. Why would they falsely advertise caloptima enrollment if they were not actually offering that service? I am beyond disappointed and irritated. It was 84 degrees. Did I mention we had to walk an additional 20 minutes to get there after we got off the bus?! Such a waste of time.

This clinic is HORRIBLE! Please don’t pick it as your primary health care provider! You will regret! Here are what happened to me:
1. The doctor(Dr. Sowmya Krishnan') is the worst. She is very rude and impatient
2. Dr. Sowmya Krishnan' got my health records WRONG! She checked as I have diabetes but I don’t have it and my blood result was clear! How can a Doctor make this kind of mistakes just checking all diseases boxes for her patients
3. The medical records phone would never got pick up!!!!never! It always goes to voicemail but no one reply your messaged
4. The 3rd part faxed them about verifying patient’s medical records. They will just ignore the inquires and you have to spend money on making an appointment for it.

Don't got here for serious dental consulting. They looked at my tooth for 10 minutes. They told me I needed a root canal and sent me on my way.
I went to another dentist the next day and he told me a complete overview of exactly what I needed to fix my teeth.
So this place just wasted my time.
