I work in Healthcare I know it is not an easy job, let me tell you this, I have high standards since I do work in this field myself. Cambridge has attentive and caring staff my relative needed rehab so I most certainly shopped around before choosing a place. I heard from peers at my job that they highly recommend Cambridge. I toured with Amanda she was knowledgeable, paid attention to details that mattered most to my loved ones care. Explained the entire process, introduced me to employees as we toured and went into great detail about their specialty programming that they offer. The facility was beautiful with private rooms, it smelled clean and all the patients were up and ready for the day! Lots of activities going on and the gym was being utilized. I was impressed. They had one bed left, I called the social worker right away so we wouldn't lose our spot. I did not want my mom going anywhere else. She's been getting great care and 7 days of therapy the rehab director Alexa is pleasant and answersall my annoying questions, she will be discharging soon and pretty much back to her normal self.

Cambridge is a very nice setting. People at front desk are personable. Visitor check-in is easy. The rooms and halls are well kept. Very attractive artwork displayed by middle schoolers. If you visit note that the rooms are kept warm - you can leave heavy coats in the car. Ample parking.

I recently hosted an all-day conference event at Cambridge Rehab Center and everyone involved was very helpful in getting the space set up ahead of the day and then assisting as needed throughout the actual day. We hosted over 70 people in the chapel space, utilizing the chairs and tables provided, as well as a large TV for presentation and their speaker and microphone set-up. Dione at the front desk was so helpful in welcoming our guests as they arrived, and helped them find their way to the chapel room. Kyra, the day-of manager, was prompt and accommodating to my last minute requests, and Celeste and Chrissy were absolutely amazing in all the preparation and planning ahead of time.

I visit a resident of the senior housing community that I work at who is currently a patient at Cambridge Rehabilitation and HealthCare. The physical therapy staff members are amazing people. They encourage my resident to actively participate in her treatment so that she can make progress and get discharged from the facility. They encourage her to take small steps at a time and making efforts to stand will help her develop strength in her longs to help her with walking again. The medical team knows her and takes great care of her. The facility is clean and they offer a lot of activities for the patients to keep them active and engaged.

My mom tells me how nice all the folks are who work here at Cambridge and I agree. The staff is friendly & always takes time to listen & have a conversation. There are several inviting spaces where family can gather & visit. Below is a picture from the Mother’s Day Tea we enjoyed at Cambridge!

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE...ZERO STARS

@GARY THE REGIONAL MANAGER DID NOT CARE AND SAID HOW HE HAS HIS EMPLOYEES GIVE 5 STAR REVIEWS TO THEIR OWN COMPANY SO CUSTOMERS CAN NEVER SEE THE TRUTH OF THIS PLACE BE WARNED TO NOT GO HERE

My grandmom fell and was admitted to the hospital due to a fractured pelvis. During her stay at the hospital, she had high blood pressure that was 230 which is stroke level. Finally, by Thursday 3/20 she was well enough to send to rehab. For context my grandmom has high blood pressure, heart condition, pacemaker, and stent.

My grandmom was transferred here for rehab on 3/20 around 8pm. Here are all the events that have happened since and this has been less than a week. Let me tell you there has been no apology or reimbursement for transfer to another facility. The staff here is RUDE and could CARE LESS about their patients.

1.) On 3/21 I get a call from my grandmom that she has pressed the button for 30 MINUTES and NO ONE HAS CAME to help her. I get the the place with my mom to bring her clothes and help her since none of the nurses would help her. A nurse eventually came in and told my grandmom how the staff and nurses see the calls and do not respond to them. When my mom and I are leaving the doors are locked and you must press the call bell for a nurse to let you out. We pressed the button multiple times and waited around 10 minutes, and NO ONE CAME. I had to pry the doors open to exit the facility.

2. On 3/22 my mom and I visit my grandmom for a few hours during the day. We notice that the meals that they have been giving my grandmom are not heart healthy meals and for someone with high blood pressure. They gave her cheese eggs in the morning along with bacon (both high salt items) and for dinner they gave her a high sodium hot dog. When visiting my mom and I spoke to a manager names Meredith who was very upset with our experience and was going to put in a report. She said that my grandmom did have a note in her chart for a heart healthy diet; however, the nurses were not following this. Then at 10:40pm I get a call from my grandmom saying she has pressed the call button for a nurse and again over 30 MINUTES and NO ONE HAS CAME TO HELP HER. My grandmom has high blood pressure and tells me they had not given her medicine. I called Cambridge to contact the nurse and it took over 10 minutes to get a hold of a nurse. Instead of apologizing the nurse Felicia was disgruntled and said okay I will go to your grandmom.

3.) On 3/23 I visit go to visit and see another manager, Patricia. She was very accusatory and did not own up to the mistreatment that has been happening to my grandmom. She said she would investigate this but then proceeded to tell me that I should handle it with the nurse last night. EXCUSE ME? Patricia the manager should handle this and make it right. However, Patricia did not care and acted like this treatment was no big deal.

4.) On 3/24 I visit with my mom and my grandmom's blood pressure is a 225 which is stroke level. We inquire with the nurse on duty about her meds and she is disgruntled and then admits their team on staff was NOT giving her the medication prescribed from the hospital from the discharge papers. We request a copy of the discharge papers, and the nurse does not give us a copy. There was NO APOLOGY since Thursday 3/20 she HAD NOT BEEN GIVEN THE MEDS REQUESTED BY THE DOCTOR. The PT is planning on working with her and we ask the nurse if she would suggest her going to PT with a blood pressure at 225, she says yes. Then the PT guy Rob says I would advise she does not go to PT when she could have a stroke. Then as we are there is a younger man in his 30s who his begging us for help and we try to assist since he said they have no staff, and he is not being cared for.

WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS? WE ARE PLANNING ON TRANSFERRING MY GRANDMOM TODAY SINCE NO ONE HAS APOLOGIZED AND THEY ARE ACTUALLY TRYING TO KILL THEIR PATIENTS. THE DIRECTOR NOR SOCIAL WORKER HAVE APOLOGIZED OR OFFERED FREE TRANSFER. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL NEVER GO HERE.
