We had a great experience with staffing Brendan other staff members which I don't remember their names at this moment but exceptional customer service and also Dr. Drake very understanding professional and knowledgeable. Big thanks to the team that helped us out on Veteran’s day. I was trying to travel home from visiting family in town, but a series of unfortunate events occurred which led us to this urgent care. Thankfully they were open late hours due to the holiday (as were the pharmacies - thank goodness!) and they were able to help get my kiddo’s nausea under control so we could travel home. I greatly appreciate the care and hospitality we received!

Do not trust the information the desk people have to tell you. They don’t know anything. I specifically communicated with them about prices and was told what I was paying for would cover everything for the entire visit . Now I’m receiving a $300 bill and when I called them the woman on the phone said specifically “ We are under the impression that the $75 covered the entire visit however we are not sure what the billing department says” absolutely unacceptable

Dr. Cortez is an amazing person, he was able to help my husband and I with our disabled sons earache despite our son putting up the biggest fight possible. He is an understanding and sympathetic person and I'm so glad he's here!

I was working from out of town and needed to be seen. Check in was easy and was seen fairly quickly. Doctor was pleasant and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Sat for 2 hours waiting check in. Jamie the front desk lady crossed off my name without me being helped so I was just wasting my time. Don't know why they cross off names that haven't been helped. Don't come here.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU.
Wow, talk about no harm...these people refused service because they were going to close in the next half hour and said the paperwork would take to long. I simply had a bleeding wound that needed 3 stiches. So I had to drive to Fresno and wait in the E.R. for 7hrs, and it only took 5 min to patch me up. Thanks jerks...if I had refused service to anyone in any business I've worked for 30min before closing...I probably would have been let go.
