What an amazing experience I had at this location! I was a little nervous about going to physical therapy for my TMJ issues, but Adam and his team made the whole process very smooth, and I felt very comfortable there. Came into this with so much jaw pain, couldn't sleep, constant headaches, and was popping pain killers like candy. Came out with barely any pain, almost entirely gone! I don't even remember the last time I took my muscle relaxer for the pain. The exercises they provided helped tremendously and Adam's advice on getting a new pillow helped reduce my neck/ jaw tension so much. I no longer wake up wanting to rip my head off. It has been a lovely experience, and I am very grateful for all the help I received during my time here. If you’re thinking of getting physical therapy for something, don’t think, just go! It is worth it. Also, shout out Mia! What a sweetheart! She is an absolute delight and made this experience 10x better for me.

I’m getting stronger & my pain is decreasing & they even got rid of my post surgery muscle spasms with hands on work that most places don’t do. ( I had spine surgery 4 weeks ago.)

EDIT I'm 8 weeks post op now and the level that my core and all muscles have built up is pretty astounding. And even with insurance issues (switching providers at the new year) I am continuing to progress because they gave me exercises to do until I get my insurance stuff straightened out! My core is feeling pretty tight and my legs are feeling strong again after barely being able to walk for almost two years.

I love this place. Nice, clean, positive atmosphere. P.T.'s are amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable of their craft. They not only are informative but they also provide the tools to so that you can do the exercises at home!! I would definitely recommend this as a place of choice.

Adam and his team are amazing. This place was recommended to me by a friend after I injured my shoulder in jiujitsu. I had a big tournament two weeks away and Adam gave me an honest prognosis and helped me heal enough to compete. Adam and the staff here are very professional but also give a family friendly feel. They’ll talk about your day, hobbies and still make sure you’re in tip top shape.
