Necessary for every RN to be a part of, in order to be protected.
Bad reviews just show at best a misunderstanding of union work.
If nurses would read the union material, most would be better informed and less frustrated. Not every benefit is automatically handed out. Informing yourself and direct interaction goes a long way.
