Go to Reaper Physical Therapy. They are amazing. They have actual one on one therapy with the same person each time.

At Cabot Physical Therapy, you get the first three or four appointments with actual hands on instructions. After that, you are passed around to multiple therapists during each visit with no help or instruction. They just have you come in and do the home exercises they give you to do, there at the office on your own. I've never seen one patient getting heat, ice, massage therapy, dry needling. Nothing but the home exercises. They don't even keep track of the progress you make, because they never write down what you do each week or if you're progressing. It was a terribly disappointing experience.
I went to Reaper Physical Therapy instead after that and talk about a whole different ballgame!! Talk about professional people who knows there stuff! I was so impressed!! Now they see my son and myself. And we are actually getting better here. Sorry CPT but y'all truly don't hold a candle to Reaper.

My experience at CPT was amazing! Not only were staff welcoming and friendly, Craig made sure to give me information and tips to maintain progress moving forward! I am grateful for the encouragement and the resolve to the issues that I came in with at the beginning.

When I first came here, I can hardly walk. The back of my knee was in so much pain. The therapist really did a great job of pin pointing the problem and help me work on them. Every one was so nice and helped me get better.

Upon hitting my fifties things are not the same. I have introduced aches and pain's to my daily schedule . I’ve signed up with Cabot Physical Therapy, and I feel I’m going down the right road to being physically better.
The team is super friendly and professional, so much so my mother is attending.

CABOT PHYSICAL THERAPY is the best!
All their therapists are great and the office staff are the nicest. I have used them for 3 different problems and will continue to use them if I have a need in the future.

If I could leave no stars I would. This is the worst PT clinic I've ever been to. It's taking me years to get to the point where I can even open my mouth about this because of how messed up I was over it.

I've been dealing with lower back pain since I was a 16-year-old long before I ever touched a weight. I came to them after seeing multiple other people for the same problem. Hoping I would find a resolution. Let me tell you, this is your typical run of the mill PT clinic. Really nothing special when it comes to treatment. They had me doing the same song and dance exercises that I've been doing for you years that never fixed the problem.

You're going to be passed around and most likely get a different therapist every time. I'm not going to sit here and say that everybody at that clinic was terrible. I don't believe so. Jack and Ann were very kind. The doctor Hill and Derek make it the worst.

When I tell you that they don't care and they are willing to blame you for when their treatment does not work, I mean it. That was my experience.

If you've ever met me, you would know I'm the most compliant patient you will ever have. I'm more than willing to do my exercises and I'm obsessed with doing them correctly. So it wasn't a lack of trying. It was a lack of them knowing how to actually help me fix my problem.

Many times I would walk into the clinic just barely recovered after what happened at the clinic and then I would leave limping.

Eventually after doing a bunch of stuff that really only made things hurt 10 times worse, I ended up in the hospital getting emergency low back surgery in my early 20s. The low back surgery didn't really help my problem if anything, it made things more complicated and sent me further down a deep pit of depression causing me to almost take my own life. I lost everything I worked years for.

The methods that they use are archaic at best. They don't even take a second to think about why you might have weak glutes or abdominals etc.

I went from being a flexion intolerant low back pain, patient to both a flexion and extension intolerant low back patient at this clinic. I blame all the Mackenzie method extension crap that they tried to use to 'recapture a disc" when they didn't look at the bigger picture and see that maybe this human being doesn't need more extension. Maybe that's the big part of the problem... News flash it was.

I'm finally pain-free after a decade of misery. This PT clinic was not a positive step towards that direction whatsoever. I had to go out of state to actually find somebody that could help me. Instead of actually listening to their patient and hearing the history, they think that they can heal you with the same crap that you've done with the last five people you went to.

It's so funny to me because the first phrase that Dr. Hill told me beginning our treatment was being "open-minded". When I say that this guy is one of the most closed-minded people you'll ever meet, I mean it. You won't be listened to. You won't be heard. You will be blamed.

I was legit told that my treatment wasn't working because I didn't "believe" enough, and that it was "all in my head"... Are you kidding me!?!

That's not even the icing on the cake. Derek told me that the reason I couldn't facilitate my glute on one side was because that's where I was shoving a needle in it to use drugs which was 1: ridiculous 2: inappropriate 3: not factual whatsoever

If you are an aspiring professional athlete and you get injured and you think that these people will help you, run the other direction. If you are somebody who is struggling with chronic pain and have gone through lots of different treatments, you're going to just waste your time. Your back on the merry go round doing the same thing over and over again with this clinic.

To the people at this clinic reading this, you have no idea the impact that you might have on somebody when you are the person that they see in their time of struggle and pain. I didn't need to be blamed I needed to be heard and helped. Shame on you.

I am so pleased with my experience @ Cabot Physical Therapy. I saw them due to left hip, low back and neck and shoulder pain. I had tried to walk to lose weight that I had gained but my left hip hurt so bad, I would have to stop for a few minutes before I could start back.
CPT has given me my life back. I learned exercises to help with my low back and neck and shoulder pain when they occur. I am walking again without pain.
The staff was professional, caring and knowledgeable. I will definitely see them again, if needed, in the future.
