I have been going to Cabot Medical Care since 2019, and I am very pleased with the care received. The ladies at the front desk are awesome and always helpful. The nurse that gives the shots is extremely nice. You don't even feel the needle. Dr Merrick and his nurse are great. Dr Merrick takes the time to listen to concerns and answers any and all questions. His nurses are very nice and caring as well. I have never had a bad experience at CMC. Definitely recommend them.

Well, aside from my primary doctor here, Dr Walters, being outstandingly professional, thorough, and efficient, I have to say the clinic itself is fantastic. Strained my back the other day. Put off going in, in hopes that it'd go away as usual, It didn't. Decided to try out the walk-in clinic side of the office yesterday. Checked in at 0915, assumed, having no appointment, I might have to wait quite a while, and probably see whatever random provider had any availability. To my surprise, they said I could see Dr Walter at 0945. Wow, ok. So I sat down, and almost immediately was called to come back preliminaries all done and was actually talking to the Dr before 0945. And, as usual, he was friendly, efficient and got me all squared away in short order. I hear the horror stories of people who say they have to wait weeks or months to get into their doctors. They clearly aren't patients here.

Seems like it’s a common theme with these reviews. Lady on the phone is very rude. Didn’t tell me her name, probably because she gets complaints regularly. I hear the doctors here are nice though. I wouldn’t know because they don’t accept new patients without waiting 2-3 weeks for approval. By that time you’re either healthy or dead. But the lady that answered the phones on 10/2 is incredibly rude and probably should do more paper work and less customer interaction.

Dr. McCutcheon is very good at what he does. Kind and knowledgable. He takes time to answer all my questions. He listens to my concerns and addresses them. I very much appreciate how he treats me as a patient. His nurse,Sarah, is also very helpful and returns my phone calls promptly.

We have went to this clinic, as a family, for over 10 years, can’t say enough good for a family doctors office. We all 3, have a different doctor, and genuinely like our providers along with any of the rest of the team that we come in contact with.

These folks are genuine. They care for their patients. My Mom is about to have her 85th Birthday. Yesterday she went in with chest pain. They got her in right away. We are thankful that everything turned out ok. She is home now. They called today to set up a follow up. They are the center peg in patient care.

The same woman who checked me in and out (Marci) during my first visit (where I paid cash the first time) told me as she checked me in today that I still had a balance of $90 from last visit, I asked why as I don’t have much money left and had made sure I paid for the visit before I left last time. She then asked if I had any lab work done or anything last visit, and I did not. She explained that they just take money they don’t actually know what the new patient visit costs when they’re checking people out for their new patient visits. I asked why she didn’t explain this to me at the first visit because I don’t have much money and I wasn’t expecting to pay again for something that she herself had already checked me out for, and why she wouldn’t have given me some kind of heads up that even though I paid for the first visit already I would be expected to pay more for it despite not having any kind of testing or anything done. She said she doesn’t know how else to explain it to me and got another nurse to come parrot her to me. I knew something was wrong here when the office changed the time of my appointment the first time without telling me but I was just so grateful for the doctor and nurse being so kind and helpful that I chose to believe it was a fluke, I am beginning to understand all of the negative reviews about the office and front desk staff now. Dr. Watson is great but be VERY wary of this place as a whole!!!

I have extreme anxiety and don’t like going to doctors offices but had some medical issues that I couldn’t put off getting checked out any longer. While the office did change the time of my initial appointment without notifying me about it once I called and got it rescheduled things went wonderfully at the appointment itself. I saw Dr. Watson and was told his regular nurse was out so the nurse I had called herself a floater nurse but honestly she was incredible and really put me at ease she was so patient with me, I just really wanted to brag on her and I wish I could remember her name but I can’t. I’m probably not a fun patient to see with all of my anxieties and such but Dr. Watson let me ramble on and I felt like he took each of my concerns seriously which I cannot thank him enough for. He was thorough, patient, and so kind. I feel like for the first time in my life I have a doctor that I can trust and that’s a big deal for me. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for a provider that cares!
