Terri, the hygienist is super nice and super competent. This is a great practice. Dr. Franck was away today, but everyone worked very professionally in his absence. I hope he never retires and the team stays on.

After neglecting myself with dental care for a number of years to take care of my family,I just felt so welcome in Dr Franck's office. Initial phone conversation with Mary Beth to schedule was so delightful and helpful. I was so delighted that my treatment plan prescribed was exactly what I had hoped and prefered. Dr. Franck and his ENTIRE team are beyond AMAZING! I had ZOOM whitening completed in the office yesterday and my teeth are so white they now light up a dark room. LOL Kristin greeted me with such warm hospitality when I arrived. Sophia was my assistant and was very attentive to my needs during my entire procedure. Laura helped create my take home trays and we talked about our love of cats. Tracy stopped by my room to visit and check in on me between her patients. Dr. Franck was kind and made sure everything was perfect before and after my whitening. YOU need to go to Franck Dental! You will not be disappointed. I wish I could give more than 5 STARS!!

My family and I have been patient’s of Dr. Franck’s now for 4 years. He has helped my husband and I restore our teeth from previous “less than” dentistry. C Christian Franck Family Dental is a WONDERFUL practice. Dr. Franck is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and understanding as is the rest of the staff. I have gone to this practice for years and have ALWAYS left my appointment feeling cared for and cared about. Dr. Franck truly cares for his patients and always has their best interest at heart. He discusses with each patient what needs to be done and why. If there are options, he is extremely good at explaining each option and involving you in the process. Above all, he truly cares for his patients and is incredibly understanding when he has a patient who may be fearful. I know this first hand. Dr. Franck and the staff truly make you feel at home. I have total trust in each one of them and can't thank them enough for all they've done for me over the years.
