I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Cho. She helped clean my teeth as part of an annual check up. The tech did the regular scans and then the doctor scraped off the plaque. They did not check my gums for inflammation, though they are inflamed. My appointment ended with the tech polishing and rinsing my teeth.
Unfortunately my partner did not have such a good experience. After they received their xrays their doctor scaled their teeth without any warning. This added an unexpected charge of nearly $100 and was extremely painful. Their gums were bleeding even after we came home from the office, and their teeth are sensitive to pressure. We requested a refund because this service was not requested nor was the patient informed it would be done :/
It can be hard to find a decent dentist- it might be helpful if the site listed their names & location so you could stick with the one you prefer.

Just went to my last appointment to get my permanent crowns on, they took care of my wisdom teeth, my cavities, and two teeth that were at risk of needing root canals. As much of as the whole experience brought me fear, they did an incredible job making I was okay and the job was getting done well

Dr. Choi is an amazing Dr, he explained my options clearly in a friendly manner. George Jeong at the from desk explained my options and pricing really well and didn’t make me feel pressured about getting the procedure done. Every one was very kind and caring.

Dr. Chen and Sabrina were absolutely phenomenal. I enjoyed every minute of my cleaning. They were patient and I was out of the door in no time ! Thank you BtyDental for the excellent service as always.

I went in for a cleaning and routine checkup. Ive been going to BTY for years now. Mind you, I absolutely hate going into the dentist (I've been told because of the alignment of my teeth I am prone to cavities). Hence, the last visit being 2021. Dr. Oh was great and made me feel comfortable. She also sat and visited with me while we waited for the front desk to complete my treatment plan. She did a great job telling me what they were doing and checking on me during the procedure. Also considered my "phantom pain" and referred me to get that checked out. Thank you Dr. Oh and the staff at BTY. Always a pleasure.

All the staffs listened to all my concern and did their best, no pressure with the payment. Dr. Halder was really nice and made me comfortable. I would recommend this place to other people. Now I got a new smile!
