I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!! This was my very first appointment to establish care and can honestly say that this office is the top notch all the way around. The office itself is beautiful ( which I was told his wife designed), welcoming and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and professional and they use the latest technology available. Always a relaxing & pleasant experience. Lily and Leesa greeted me with a friendly welcome and thanked me for coming in. Tori always does an excellent job with my cleanings. She is thorough, gentle and makes me feel relaxed while in her chair. This is a great state of the art office with a professional, highly skilled, and caring staff. Hands down the best!

Everyone in the office in Cottonwood is incredibly kind. Every time I visit is a pleasure and I usually hate going to the dentist. Bruce is very professional, knowledgeable and really gives you all the information you might want. He took the time to talk me through the different options for treatments and makes an effort to make me feel very comfortable. The cleaning technician is excellent as well and uses a very quiet tool to take off plaque. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommend this location for dental work and I'm grateful to have found them!

So I apologize for possibly a long review 🤣 Long story short, I have pretty bad dental anxiety, and well as major sensitivity.
I’ve had root canals, caps, crowns, bridges, the works. Every one of those procedures were an utter nightmare, some taking days to recover. It takes me many shots to get numb, and in general, dental work for me is a nightmare.
I’ve been trying to get into Dr Farrell for some time. I finally got a chance when I called last month. He booked me for a root canal which just happened an hour ago. This was my first time getting any work done from him.

Dr Farrell is so good, at one point I was starting to nod off, in the MIDDLE of a root canal!!!!!! I felt NO PAIN 😮 I couldn’t believe it. His chair side demeanor is second to none. Great personality, extremely attentive, and obviously has mastered his craft. I observed how he treated his staff, especially his assistant. He treated them like family. In fact, he treated ME like family. You can tell when you walk in, respect is running rampant through his office. Every single person I came into contact with was so happy, energetic and calming.
Rachel, who ran the front desk like a well oiled machine is amazing as well. She talked me off the ledge multiple times when I tried to bolt 🤣🤣🤣🤣She is fun to talk to while you wait, and she as well was calming, happy and I could tell she loved what she was doing.
If Dr Farrell and staff were trying to get me to come back for life, they succeeded.
I appreciate you all SO much. You made my day and month 😁 I can now take my son to college this weekend without worrying about pain! See you in a month or soon for that crown 🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍👍
