Been going here since approximately age 10. Over 20 years of great service, friendly staff, and quality work. I even stayed with this office when I moved to state college and made the drive down for my appointments. I've had to reschedule a few appts in the past but always gave sufficient notice. Can't remember missing any appointments with no notice. Ended up getting two appointment cards this time for conflicting dates. Left a voicemail asking to confirm the correct date. Never got a response. Never got my text confirmation the week of my appt either. (Tech issue with my phone? Maybe. But if so not intentional) I was in Maine for a week with minimal cell service so called when I got back and was told I missed my appt. Staff was full of attitude & being adamant I could not be squeezed in before my insurance changes. They insisted I confirmed my appt by text but I never received that text let alone replied to it. Two days later I get a bill for a missed appt. Like....what? 20 years of being a client, the office gave conflicting dates, and then (for whatever reason) the confirmation text was not received and this lands back on ME? Super salty to say the least. My new insurance will be out of network causing higher costs for my dental work. I considered staying with this office anyway and eating the cost....but I'm rethinking that now.

Dr. Brown is a very knowledgeable dentist. He is part of my study club (I am a dentist too) and is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and caring. You are in goods hands!
