New to this office, my family and I look forward to Dr Mina making us look fabulous.
The office
is very nice and clean, and the Dr and staff are very
compassionate.

However I wasn't very disappointed when the Dr did literally NOTHING for me. She is the only Dr working in the building and i believe she owns the business. She has been working here 30ty something yrs I think she is pretty much done.
She office is also hardly ever open.

Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have become an advocate. Dr. Mina and Kelly (dental hygienist) were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind. Dr. Mina is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Very professional and skilled. Cannot recommend them more highly.

I never got to see the dentist because the scheduling for this office is atrocious. The front desk girl makes all the phone calls but has no access to the dentist's calendar! She calls you to book an appointment then puts the phone down so she can relay the message to whomever is standing there and has access to the calendar. She doesn't put you on hold so you can hear what is going on. This dentist also doesn't have a set schedule at all to work around so going back and forth between the receptionist and dentist is a nightmare!
Once I finally had an appointment (that I ended up having to take time off work to get because the dentist's hours are so incredibly scattered) the dentist didn't even show up! After sitting in the office for 30min the receptionist says that the dentist is running late (obviously) and wasn't even there yet!
When is the medical profession going to get with it with customer service! Absolutely ridiculous.

The doctor is amazing! She is sensitive and very thorough. Many times I begin to fall asleep in the chair, because I'm so relaxed. Highly recommended.
