He is this real cool doctor that you can have great care, and good conversations with. Dr. Rhoads and all of the staff have treated my husband and me, so very professional. Thanks! Way to go guys!

The office is very clean, and the office clerk's are very pleasant. Your not sitting in the waiting room wasting your day. Every appointment I have had. I probably would say I may wait 5 minutes or so waiting. Then I'm right in back with the Doctor. The most important thing I want to share. For five years I have not been able to smile. My teeth break off in my sleep from clinching so hard. Dr. Rhoads has very good bedside manners​. He takes time to explain everything will answer any questions you may have. Doesn't make you feel like your not important to him. Dr.Rhoads doesn't just want people to look and feel better, he cares about his work. As a patient of his, he cares how my smile looks because it's his work being shown to the world now. I'm so happy that I'm able to smile, another most important part about having bother upper and lower dentures done. Having all my teeth I did have left pulled. Was painless, you feel a little pressure. If you have pain.. He stops!! He's not about hurting you. Dr.Rhoads cares about people. Another Wonderful and fun experience was the help from his assistant Stacey. She was Amazing, well educated and a lot of fun. Having the two of them together working side by side and talking, hearing their conversations helped make the process easier and fun. Dentist scare me. Yet, Dr. Rhoads, I have to say from seeing his past work and the work he has done for me.
He's changed my life for the better in so many ways. I will always have the up most respect for this dentist. If you are looking for a dentist that's not going to hurt you, and cares about how you look and feel.
Dr. Brian D. Rhoads in West Memphis, AR is the Dentist you should go too!! Ask to have Stacey his assistant with him. Your experience will be a lot of fun. I'm very Blessed and Deeply Grateful for Dr. Rhoads and Stacey!
Please understand I've had a bad dentist before, please take my words to heart and believe my testimony on Dr. Rhoads... He is who you want doing your dental work!!

Dr. Rhodes and his staff had the difficult challenge of giving me a normal smile. I had a really bad underbite! He and his staff did an amazing job! I got my smile back and more. He and his staff have a great work environment and the office has a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere! I trust him with all my dentistry needs!

Have appointment today. Walk in no greeting at all.The person at the front greeting me with what’s your name.Am trying not to chose another dentists.I came a long way to this dentist was referred by co-worker.I think this my last visit here.Customer service was not welcoming at all.

Once again Dr. Rhoads hit a home run. Went in for a regular cleaning and the Dental Hygienist was great. I have been seeing Dr. Rhoads for many years. Have received excellent care. No cavities.

Today is Aug 02, 18, a couple of days one of my lower left teeth developed an abscess and I was in excruciating pain yesterday. I'm an over the road truck driver and had my load given to another driver so I could go to a dentist to get the tooth yanked. Also yesterday, another tooth started in. This morning I went to see Dr. Rhoads, not sure about his assisstant's name but she had blonde hair, and on her left arm she had a tattoo that she drew herself, however, it was not colored in yet. Dr Rhoads and his assistant were both very nice as well as professional. Both of them made me feel comfortable about what was going on and everything came out smoothly. He pulled both teeth that were bothering me, and he was able to pull each tooth in one piece. Which was kind of surprising because one of them was broken. He made sure that I was not in any pain when he went to pull the teeth. He pulled the upper one first but before he started to pull on it he checked it making sure I was not feeling anything before he started jerking it out it took him a little while to get it out (he took his time, not rushing) but he got it out without pain. On the lower tooth when he started to investigate we both discovered that I was still feeling pain. He gave me more Novocaine. He wanted to do his best to make sure that when he pulled out that tooth I would not feel anything and that's what he did. I did not feel it come out. I felt the pressure but I did not feel any pain. As I get funds to have teeth pulled, Dr Rhoads is one of the individuals I will go to to have that work done. Even though I live in North Central Missouri I will come back down here to have the work done by Dr Rhoads.

Don't bother showing up on time to your appointment. They will have you sitting in the waiting room 30-45 minutes after your scheduled appointment.

I went to Dr. Rhoades’ dental practice for an appointment to have my tooth repaired after it had been chipped back in March of 2015. When I signed in at the front desk, I never felt as if I was warmly welcomed by the staff. Instead, they were rude and cold to me but despite this, I chose to stay because I was desperate for help. Once I was called in to be seen by Dr. Rhoades, I immediately noticed that his attitude was similar to the front desk staff in addition to his assistants that were there as well. He was also, both in tone and attitude, arrogant and distasteful.
Before starting, he mentioned to me what he had planned to do to fix my tooth and also how he was going to do it. However, once he did start, he never did any of what he said he was going to do nor did he do the work he actually did properly. In other words, his work was extremely tacky and unprofessional. Before leaving, I spoke with one of his assistants about how I felt of his work and instead of responding to me with kindness and great concern, I was met with words of condescendence. This as a result made me feel worse.
After I left, I was not only upset but also dissatisfied with the service I was given and the treatment that I had to suffer through during my time there. I felt as if I was taken advantage of especially considering that I had to pay cash for the procedure which ultimately did not fix my tooth to my satisfaction. In conclusion, please be cautious when making a dentist appointment with Dr. Rhoades.
