I stayed here 9 weeks. It’s clean and food was better than expected. The majority of physical therapists were excellent. Most nurses were good too. The CNAs were mostly good and three were outstanding including Nathan. I would come back or send a family member.

The staff is so caring and really knows their stuff, making everyone feel at ease. The receptionists were super sweet and helpful, always smiling and ready to help. Honestly, I’d totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming healthcare center!

Brentwood health is a top notch and clean facility. My grandmother has been at the facility for 2 weeks now and the staff is professional and very caring. CNAs, physical therapist, RN and janitorial staff have all been great. I couldn’t be more happy having her there. Thank you

I appreciate the care my dad received at Brentwood Health Care Center after hip surgery. The director, Bryan, and administrator, DJ Weaver, were accommodating and addressed all our concerns. The food was good and the nurses, especially Eleni W, was very professional and kind. Physical and occupational therapy was provided by skilled therapists on a timely manner. I recommend this facility if you are in search of a place for a loved one.

The staff is kind and caring of patients and loved ones visiting. They aim to resolve any problems or concerns. After a few concerns were ironed out, I now have more confidence in this staff to take care of my dad. PT is very good too, and meals are nutritional with dauly varieties. Like any place, stay aware and in communication with staff members and doctors. Stay on top of medications for your loved one.

Some Management is rude and uncaring! Plus the building, and equipment is too old; the physical therapy is good, but not very modern and help is okay except for certain times. Food is absolutely the worst for anyone to eat, don't send your love ones here, they will not be totally cared for.

My father was there for about four weeks after a recent hip surgery. We spent a lot of time reviewing rehab options in the area, and all of them had mixed reviews, but we had to find one that balanced out more of the positives. Brentwood home health was one of them.

Based on our personal experience, my dad was extremely happy overall with his experience there. The entire staff was so incredibly kind and polite and attentive. He was able to get his physical and occupational therapy daily, even on the weekends. They have a lovely outdoor patio, which is wonderful to sit out in nice weather.

I noticed a lot of the reviews across the various rehab centers reviewed focused on the food. There is nothing special about food in any of these places. It’s basic cafeteria style, but the selection seemed decent.

I will go back to comment on the staff, as we were so impressed with everyone from the check-in desk, rehab therapists, nurses, assistants, and housekeeping staff. And just a note, my dad is very particular (as a former C-suite exec) so the fact that he was so pleased was a big win.

First of all, they have THE BEST FOOD and everyone here is happy because of that. Their roommate matching is excellent, allowing me to make good friends, unlike my experience at the hospital. It’s been three times that I’ve moved rooms, and each time I get to be with a great roommate. The physical therapy and rehabilitation center is top-notch, with professionals and knowledgeable young CNAs. People come here, participate in the rehabilitation program, and leave as healthy, normal individuals. I’m very impressed with the whole organization.
