Always treated with kindness and respect, when I go there. They always do their best to get me in, within a pretty short time frame. Always willing to answer any questions I have, and return my calls. I greatly appreciate everyone that works there.

This has to be the utmost dysfunctional
doctors office to work in and to see a doctor! is the only person that is good in that office and she cares about her patients.i should have followed my gut before going there! I seen my h illegal stuff in the billing department and much HIPAA violation. Very unfair practice and unclean after getting COVID 3 times back to back and still wasn't cleaned professionally!

Phone service is a joke. It always rings busy and there's no voicemail. Needed to do a follow up appointment after spraining my ankle, they didn't do that. Turned out it was broken. Nurses are super rude and you can wait up to a week for a response on the portal. I had a UTI and was told to just go back to the ER instead of doing a follow-up appointment with them like you're supposed to do. Overall, not impressed. I don't think it's Jill Owens or Kamrie Costello either. I think it's the nursing staff that answers on the portal. They're just super unprofessional and will answer you in all caps. I was also told by Georgina that I was too young for birth control and that she was disappointed that I wasn't pregnant back in November of 2017. Stay away from this place if you can.

I have zero complaints about anything or anyone here! I and my children have been patients here for years and have always been treated with courtesy, and compassion. Even with the new staff change…. Still love it here!

Love Dr. Owens and this practice. The nurses are wonderful and so is the office staff. Recently moved to Alabama and am hating the thought of getting a new doctor. Hanging on to Dr. O for as long as I can.
