Always a pleasant experience. Fast, friendly people and personable service. The pharmacy team takes the time to engage with their customers and provide excellent customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns and helping with each individual’s needs. Additionally, the Fountain Area is a great lunch spot. They offer old fashion soda fountain drinks, floats, ice cream and a variety of lunch options.

The people in the pharmacy cannot read their own notes on a patient’s profile, apparently cannot tell the difference between different colors, when called out for their mistake act the victim, and don’t keep their word to make things right. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Edit: after messing up my medication so many times, and being reminded every single time, and still getting it wrong, I had every right to be angry and demand you fix things. It was your responsibility to fix it whether I stayed a customer or not. It’s typical of people like you not taking responsibility for your wrongs. It’s really easy to talk about being professional when you’re not the one being screwed over, when it’s not your health on the line. Paint yourself pretty for people, but you’ve already shown your true colors as people without any moral fiber. To you it’s just a different manufacturer, to me it is my health, my ability to function and work. To you, it’s just more money to put in your pocket, to me it’s my life. Be glad I don’t make a video.

I decided to go to this Pharmacy prior to this Pharmacy I was going to CVS in Newton. I was waiting a very very long time for my prescriptions. I was treated very disrespectfully so I decided to try out Bowman's. Ever since I've been at Bowman's which is been about 3 months, everyone there has been extremely polite and nice to me. My medicine is always ready when I get there. I have had no issues and they have amazing things in their store. I am so glad that I made the switch.

Incredible service, wonderful people. We recently moved our prescriptions to here from CVS after hearing about it from a friend at church, and we were shocked to see how much better the prices were at Bowman. Josh is great, and will go out of his way to help. Highly recommend!

I've been using Bowman now for well over a decade and I wouldn't have it any other way! The ladies are friendly and so helpful, willing to work with me and help me with my medications, they know who I am (unless it's a new technician) which creates a comfortable shorthand for all our interactions, and Josh is the best! Frankly, I can't say enough good things about Bowman Drug Co and the pleasures of working with a smaller, independent drugstore.
