Why do I have to give you my card to charge ahead of time, before even picking up the medication? I picked up a compounded med for my cat back in January. I provided them my card over the phone like they insisted, against my better judgement, and here I am 3 months later going through my credit card statement and I find an additional $210 charged over the last few weeks. This place seems severely disorganized to the point where it can’t even operate properly.

Please beware: do not get any compounded medicine from this pharmacy!!! I received compounded medication from them, and since then, I have developed heart palpitations. I do not have any medical or psych issues; I am a 35-year-old female. I hardly write reviews, but this is a public health safety issue, and I need to make sure someone else does not get hurt. Proper investigation and legal action will be taken. However, someone's life might be at risk if I do not write this review.

Everyone that I have spoken with was very nice and helpful. Meds can be picked up (which is what I opt to do) or sent via mail (with an added small cost). There is a one-week lead time for my cat's medication, so I call-in the refill a lot earlier to make sure I do not run out (just in case the stock is on back order). They are not open on weekends, but the weekday hours are late enough for me to drive there and pick-up the meds after work. I think I figured out that it is the black doorbell that is the active one, but to be on the safe side, press both the black and white doorbell haha.

I had a similar experience as other reviewers. Within a day of injecting a compounded medicine by Boothwyn I developed heat palpatations accompanied with anxiety. I am in perfect health and have never had these type of symptoms before. I called Boothwyn to ask what my medication was compounded with and they told me they were unable to provide me this information and that I would need to reach out to my telehealth provider who ordered the prescription. This makes zero to no sense as they are the one that filled the compounding medication.

Don't use this pharmacy if you ever intend to get insurance reimbursement. Took me months of fighting and calling every week to get this company to fill out THEIR OWN FORMS correctly. Information was constantly missing, resulting in insurance denials. We only ever managed to get 4 out of 9 forms completed correctly. The rest were denied due to errors on the pharmacy's part. Simple ask to fill out paperwork, terrible service even after speaking to managers. Our medication refills also consistently had errors (such as refrigerated medication provided at room temp, medication shipped when supposed to be picked up).

I ordered semaglutide from LumiMeds. Shipped from this pharmacy. It did nothing for hunger. I got dizzy. Out of it. Exhausted and bad headaches at night. It’s still in my system. I think there is something not good or fake in this. Also this facility was under review for contamination in their products. I would NOT go to a compounded pharmacy. Please do research and stay away. I wish I could get my money back. Just praying this doesn’t have a long term effect.

Hours are erroneously posted, so I had MD Live send a prescription there thinking they were open on Saturday evening. Closed, dark, no hours posted on door. Got a call 15 HOURS later from the pharmacy tech on call, who then offered to 'check on it' Monday morning! Why not check now? What a complete joke and lack of understanding. Obviously I needed the meds urgently. Transferred to the CVS which is terrible in its own way but at least they were open on Sunday. Update your hours---ridiculous that I drove 30 minutes not feeling well to find you closed.

My vet sent a prescription for my cat here since it was the most local compound pharmacy. I called on Thursday, the day the meds were prescribed, and talked to Julie or Julia. I very clearly said that I’ve never used their pharmacy and wanted to know how it worked, and also asked if I would receive a call back when the medication was filled and she said yes. That was the whole conversation. Fast forward to Friday and I get a call saying the medication is ready. On Monday my boyfriend attempted to pick up the medication and was turned away by Julie, saying it wasn’t ready yet. I called the pharmacy within 10 minutes of him leaving and spoke with Julie again, who told me (with a bit of an attitude mind you) that the medication was already filled by the pharmacist, but they couldn’t give it to us until I provided them payment over the phone. This is really odd to me. First, this wasn’t even mentioned when I called on Thursday to ask how it works, and second, my boyfriend was literally right there, able to pay in person. And he was told the meds aren’t ready despite receiving a voicemail on Friday saying they are. Keep in mind this voicemail never said anything about paying over the phone. But 10 minutes later when I call they’re ready now and just require payment. I don’t understand the protocol here, and find the lack of communication and information really frustrating. Especially when I already reached out to ask how their pharmacy processed prescriptions. I have a refill but am very hesitant to fill it at this pharmacy due to the lack of professionalism and communication given.
