Bodycentral Physical Therapy

This place is amazing. The team is amazing. I really feel welcomed here. I have gotten stronger doing therapy here. I would recommend BodyCentral to only one out there of all ages.

The physical therapy I've received from Rachel and Cristian at the Cortaro location has been excellent! I fractured two bones in my ankle, and although the breaks were very painful, the therapists have helped me move past the pain...very carefully. After only five sessions, the therapists and staff have helped me to regain some range of motion in my foot (amazing) and have helped me to start walking again...with actual tennis shoes. I'm very impressed with their dedication to all their patients. They've guided me through an effective program, always explaining what we're doing and why. They answer any questions and concerns I may have each and every time. They are competent, caring and confident in the care they provide. They are patient with me and every person I've seen there, no matter their age or fitness level. I still have a long way to go before I'm fully recovered, buy I trust that they will help me to be successful. Again, very impressive and I highly recommend the team at this location. I couldn't be happier with my treatment and my progress.

The staff here is amazing! Everyone is so encouraging and makes you feel very comfortable, and they truly want you to accomplish your goals in every way possible. This is definitely the best place I’ve ever had physical therapy.

Body Central on Cortaro is an excellent physical therapy clinic. I’ve had great success working with Clary and Christian. . The Assistants are very helpful and the front office staff always quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this shop.

I’ve been working with Ethan and his staff for a few weeks. He really customizes my therapy to my specific problem and makes adjustments according to the feedback I give him. Kim, a rehab tech, is very personable and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I chose Body Central.

Clary is an amazing PT! She is very patient in listening to your concerns and really puts together a customized plan for her clients. I appreciated how much I learned from her while I was healing and learning how to correct poor form when weightlifting. I wasn’t in too much pain when I started seeing Clary which allowed her to get me back on track fast. If you’re having aches and pains (even if they are tolerable) it’s worth it to correct it now rather than later!

This is my second time using Bodycentral Physical Therapy and I don't have any complaints. They are all very welcoming, kind, and helpful. I feel like they are a much better choice to pick over some of the other physical therapy places I've been.

Body Central is truly amazing. After my knee replacement I thought I would never get back to normal. But the patience, exercises and personal attention of Christian, Rachel, Val and Kim got me to where I wanted to be. Playing Pickleball and walking miles with my Golden Retriever!
