I just completed a total hip replacement and have worked with Jack and his assistant Daniel for the past 3 weeks. I really appreciate their knowledge and caring attitude. Jack has been very open to listening to my concerns and thoughts about my recovery and has worked hard to develop a exercise program to meet my particular needs. I can't thank them enough. My son grew a lot. And fast. And then when he got done growing he ate and put on weight and his arches dropped. The Dr here was amazing. And we started PT and he's just loving being able to be more active now. I can't thank them enough.

Alas, I have needed Physical Therapy more than once, especially now as I am getting old(er). I feel blessed to have been directed to Body-in-Balance for care and conditioning. Each, and every, time that I have gone to Body-in-Balance for Physical Therapy, I have been amazed with the techniques, and treatments, used to resolve my immediate issue(s). For example, the combination of deep-tissue massage, low impact weights, cardio-vascular, isometric, and resistance training - have made me feel like a new person after each session.
From someone that does not dig pain, and won't just suffer in silence, Body-in-Balance is the cure.
