If you have been struggling with tennis elbow, I strongly recommend Allen. Don’t try cortisone, give this a try first. Allen is 100% focused on tennis (and golf) elbow. His approach is primarily on using massage techniques to stimulate the rehabilitation of tendons and ligaments but also on stretching and strength exercises. I’ve been to about five sessions and feel very much that my tennis elbow issues are close to resolved.

A few years back Allen SAVED my arm, which in turn significantly impacted my every day life for the good. My Tennis Elbow was so severe that it hurt while doing nothing. I became quite proficient with my non dominant hand but I needed to be pain free. After my first session I felt immediate results but needed approximately 6-8 weeks of therapy (one hour/week) for complete healing.

After trying massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic care (all of which I go to for other injuries) I went to Allen for resolution.

Not only does he do his hands on work but because Tennis Elbow is his specialty he provided home exercises (to do and to avoid), and website/video references.

I found his office comfortable and clean, easy to find and access (big parking lot). Allen himself is mild mannered with a good sense of humor, making the hour zip by.

Currently, I see Allen as needed, so a few appointments randomly throughout the year.

Allen is an incredibly gifted practitioner. I had chronic pain in my arm for several years and the MD told me there was essentially nothing I could do about it but manage the pain. I went to Allen and in a two month period my pain had almost vanished. I have since gotten full use of my arm back, I can work at the computer, throw a ball and grip jars...things I never thought I would do easily again. I am forever grateful to Allen. I need to add that he recently helped with a back problem and that too has almost fully remitted. I have been to many practitioners but Allen is by far the most talented and effective. Thank you Allen!

Allen is a genius! I've seen him for tennis elbow and he correctly diagnosed the problem as stemming from my shoulder. And now it's fixed! Highly recommend him for elbow and arm pains of any sort.

Allen was wonderful. I developed painful tennis elbow and it got so bad that brushing my teeth was painful in my hand. Allen got me pain free and back on the court! Thank you so much!
