I have said for years that Karen Woodbeck has magical xray like fingers and hands. I have seen her for multiple issues over many years. She always pinpoints the issue and dials in on how to alleviate the problem. I tripped recently and wrenched my hip. I was limping badly and was in pain. I turned to techniques Karen had taught me years ago and almost immediately was able to walk with no limp. I just can't say enough good things about Karen. I highly recommend her!

Karen is an amazing physical therapist. I had a problem with my shoulder and arm, with tingling and radiating pain going down the arm. Karen identified trigger points and a treatment plan that got to the root of the problem in short order. Karen gives a full hour treatment, which is pretty amazing from what I've heard from other people who have had physical therapy in the past. I felt her fee was very reasonable based on her service level. She also uses pilates as part of her rehabilitation and gives you exercises to do at home. If you do what she says, you'll get the results! I highly recommend Karen and Body Dynamic.

This is a very long overdue review of Karen and her exceptional PT services at Body Dynamic. I have gone to multiple other PTs before and after Karen, having since moved out of state and I can say without doubt that she is the most talented PT I have ever had the pleasure to work with. What makes her in a class of her own is that she (not assistants) works on your body 1 to 1 for a full hour. I can tell you after going to many PTs before her and since I moved that this is pretty much unheard of. Most PTs work on patients for 20-30 minutes and put assistants or machines on you the rest of the time. Not Karen. She is highly skilled at feeling the issue within the body and correcting it using multiple methods like hands on manipulation, stretching, strengthening, counter balancing, and has a room full of equipment at her disposal. I credit her with saving me from back surgery after my third child. After a ski accident, I was back again for MCL/ACL/PCL tears and was making good progress before I moved. I can say I've had trouble locating a PT here who is even as remotely talented. Besides being so great at her treatments, Karen is a really wonderful person. I couldn't recommend her more highly if you need PT services.
