The staff are always on top of things! If her caregiver can not make it, they have someone to cover. We absolutely love her caregiver, and have no worries when she is with her!! Josie & Umar stay in communication with us and are great! Highly recommend Blue Mountain!!

I worked at Blue mountain. I reported suspected abuse, and I was told that I was only a home health aide, and no one would believe me. I reported fellow employees for stealing from clients, not showing up for shifts, purchasing weed, cigarettes and alcohol for clients. But he didn't care. I loved my clients, but employees are not shown any respect. Some of the people he hired, had no idea what they were supposed to be doing. They would hire anyone off the street. And the clients suffered. Umar lied and important paperwork disappeared. He actually begs employees to post positive reviews, and I did it, before I found out the truth. But this is my honest opinion about them. So please research people coming into your home.

They have guided me through uncharted waters and made things so much easier. Umar has been absolutely wonderful in managing the care for my sister. His complete dedication to ensure staffing has been very appreciated by us. This field is very hard to keep employees but it seems that his personality and character traits have assisted in the retention of employees and clients. He has a good staff with very little exceptions that has come in to work with my completely disabled sister and she has really enjoyed having them and Umar show that they care. I have been with multiple agencies over the past few years and this one has me committed to them!

I have been a client with Blue Mountain HHA for about a year. During that time they have been ups and downs like any agency. The staff is a great group of people. Some excellent caregivers work for Blue Mountain while, there have been some that should not be caregivers for any agency or doing this type of work. I will say that Blue Mountain is the only agency that has strived to make things right for the good of the client. I would refer Blue Mountain to my family and friends. They need more good and kind people working for them.

After going through several home health agencies I found Blue Mountain and im glad I did. I can tell they really care about what they do and the wellbeing of my mother and I. After a while I developed a good working relationship with Umar. He is very professional, mature, and good at what he does. He has personally gone out of his way to help me and for that im grateful. At this point it’s like this agency isn’t just an agency they are like family.
